Прибутковість банківської діяльності: аналіз стану та стратегія управління АТ «УКРСИББАНК»

Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота викладена на 107 сторінках друкованого тексту, містить 16 таблиць, 8 рисунків, 3 додатки. Перелік посилань включає 75 джерел, з них 5 іноземною мовою.Об’єктом дослідження є прибутковість діяльності АТ «УКРСИББАНК». Предметом дослідження є напрями зростання прибутковості діяльності АТ «УКРСИББАНК». Метою кваліфікаційної роботи магістра є узагальнення та систематизація теоретичних знань про існуючі шляхи підвищення прибутковості комерційних банків, а також їх практичне застосування. Методи дослідження: пошуковоаналітичний метод для аналізу літератури, табличний, графічний, статистичноекономічний, вертикальний та горизонтальий методи для обрахунків показників прибутковості банку, надання пропозицій щодо напрямів зростання прибутковості діяльності та ін. Одержані результати: опис джерел прибутку, основні показники рентабельності та шляхи підвищення показників банку; здійсна організаційно-економічна характеристику АТ «УКРСИББАНК»; надана оцінку прибутковості банку та чинників його формування; зроблен аналіз прибутковості АТ «УКРСИББАНК»; визначено напрями підвищення прибутковості діяльності АТ «УКРСИББАНК»; надано пропозиції щодо збільшення прибутковості АТ «УКРСИББАНК»; оцінена економічна доцільність запропонованих заходів. Результати дослідження можуть бути застосовані підприємствами, фінансовими установами.

The object of the study is the profitability of JSC «UKRSIBBANK. The subject of the study is the areas of growth of profitability of JSC «UKRSIBBANK». The purpose of the masters qualification work is to generalize and systematize theoretical knowledge about existing ways to increase the profitability of commercial banks, as well as their practical application. The banking system is an important component of the economic system of the state. Ensuring stable and transparent functioning of banking institutions is one of the conditions for ensuring the competitiveness of the Ukrainian economy. Until recently, the domestic economic literature lacked comprehensive research on the formation and distribution of profits from the activities of commercial banks. Therefore, the purpose of this work is to generalize and systematize theoretical knowledge about existing ways to increase the profitability of commercial banks, as well as their practical application. The purpose of the thesis is to assess the profitability of JSC «UKRSIBBANK» for 2019-2020 on the basis of existing indicators and justification of the feasibility of proposals to improve the work of the institution. Research methods: search-analytical method for literature analysis, tabular, graphical, statistical-economic, vertical and horizontal methods for calculating the profitability of the bank, providing proposals for growth of profitability, etc. The results obtained: a description of the source of profit, the main indicators of profitability and ways to improve the banks performance; feasible organizational and economic characteristics of JSC «UKRSIBBANK»; an assessment of the banks profitability and factors of its formation is provided; the analysis of profitability of JSC «UKRSIBBANK» is made; the directions of increase of profitability of activity of JSC «UKRSIBBANK» are defined; proposals to increase the profitability of JSC «UKRSIBBANK». The economic feasibility of the proposed measures is assessed. The results of the study can be used by enterprises and financial institutions.
