Аналіз формування та використання резервів СК «INGO»

Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота викладена на 116 сторінках друкованого тексту, містить 16 таблиць, 9 рисунків, 4 додатки. Перелік посилань включає 80 джерел, з них 5 іноземною мовою. Об’єктом дослідження є процеси формування та управління страховими резервами. Предметом дослідження є сукупність теоретико-методичних засад та прикладних проблем, пов’язаних із формуванням та розміщенням страхових резервів. Метою роботи є подальший розвиток теоретичних положень та удосконалення методичних і практичних рекомендацій щодо оцінки фінансової стійкості та платоспроможності страхової організації. Завдання: 1) аналіз літературних даних щодо питань формування та управління страховими резервами; 2) оцінка фінансового стану страхової організації СК «INGO»; 3) побудова оптимального портфеля розміщення страхових резервів. Методи досліджень: діалектичний метод пізнання, системний, комплексний та структурно-функціональний підхід, кількісний аналіз, методи дедукції та індукції, аналізу та синтезу, метод математичного моделювання. Одержані результати та їх новизна: 1) отримано математичну модель оптимального інвестиційного портфеля; 2) розроблено рекомендації щодо підвищення ефективності управління страховими резервами. Практичне значення одержаних результатів. Пропозиції щодо формування та ефективного управління страховими резервами можуть бути використані в діяльності страхових організацій.

EN : The work is presented on 116 pages of printed text, contains 16 tables, 9 figures, 4 annex. The list of referеnces includes 80 sources, 5 of them in foreign languages. The object of study is process of financial security ensuring of the insurance company JSC IC «INGO». The purpose of qualification work is to develop theoretical, methodological and organizational provisions and practical recommendations for the improvement and systematization of the tools of the insurance reserves formation and use. Tasks: 1) to determine the content of the insurance reserves and to define their main characteristics and features; 2) to evaluate the financial condition of JSC IC «INGO»; 3) to evaluate the dynamics and structure of insurance reserves of JSC IC «INGO»; 4) to calculate the indicators of sufficiency of insurance reserves; 5) to compose the mathematical model of insurance reserves optimization; 6) to elaborate recommendations of insurance reserves management and investional activity of insurance company improvement. Methods of research: a systematic approach to the study of economic events and processes. During research performance scientific methods of cognition were used: methods of induction and deduction, terminological analysis and comparison, calculation methods, theoretical generalization; cause-effect relationship methods, abstract-logical method and method of mathematical modelling. The results obtained and their novelty: the mathematical model of insurance reserves of JSC IC «INGO» optimization has been obtained; practical recommendations of increasing the efficiency of insurance reserves management have been elaborated. The results of research are aimed at estimation and improving the insurance reserves management system and investment activity of JSC IC «INGO» and can be implemented in practice of the other insurance companies. The proposed recommendations of organization and improvement of financial security management system of JSC IC «INGO» are of practical importance. The results of the study can be applied by the heads of the financial divisions of insurance companies for the development of tactical and strategic decisions that allows to yield financial security of insurance company, and to perform the quick analysis of the financial state of insurance company.
