Громадське лідерство як основа функціонування об’єднаної територіальної громади

Abstract

UA : Мета дослідження: дослідження суті і особливості громадського лідерства як основи функціонування об’єднаної територіальної громади. Особливості, функції управління, розробка шляхів удосконалення системи роботи громадського лідера в процесі управління об’єднаною територіальною громадою. Об’єкт дослідження: система організації об’єднаної територіальної громади та її місце у розвитку громадського лідерства. Предмет дослідження: вплив громадського лідера на організацію діяльності територіальної громади в Україні. Методи дослідження: аналіз, синтез, індукція, дедукція, структурно- функціональний, аналіз статистичних даних. Гіпотеза: результат дослідження полягає у виробленні практичних рекомендацій з удосконалення системи роботи громадського лідера об’єднаної територіальної громад. Висновки: 1. Визначено головну роль громадського лідера в основі функціонування об’єднаної територіальної громади, її функціонування, та головної мети. 2. Проаналізовано роботу Запорізької молодіжної міської ради та молодіжної організації ПАТ «Запоріжсталь». 3. Запропоновано та розглянуто головні шляхи оптимізації громадського та професійного лідерства в Запорізькій області.

EN : Goal of research: to study the essence and features of public leadership as the basis for the functioning of an amalgamated territorial community. Features, management functions, development of ways to improve the system of work of a public leader in the management of an amalgamated territorial community. Subject of research: the system of the amalgamated territorial community organization and its place in the development of public leadership. Scope of research: the influence of a public leader on the organization of the territorial community activity in Ukraine. Methods of research: analysis, synthesis, epagoge, deduction, structural and functional method, statistical data analysis. Hypothesis: the result of the study is to develop practical recommendations for improving the system of work of the public leader of amalgamated territorial communities. Conclusions: 1. The main role of the public leader in the basis of the functioning of the amalgamated territorial community, and the main goal were determined. 2. The work of the Zaporizhzhia Youth City Council and the youth organization of PJSC Zaporizhstal was analyzed. 3. The main ways to optimize public and professional leadership in Zaporizhzhia region were proposed and considered.
