UA : Мета дослідження: здійснити аналіз іміджу організації як одного з
інструментів управління в органі державної влади з подальшим
вдосконаленням його формування.
Об’єкт дослідження: формування іміджу органу державної влади.
Предмет дослідження: вплив іміджу установи на соціальну поведінку
працівника органу державної влади.
Методи дослідження: аналіз, синтез, індукція, дедукція, анкетування,
структурно-функціональний аналіз статистичних даних.
Новизна дослідження: в роботі надано опис організаційного іміджу як
інструменту управління соціальною поведінкою посадовиї особи державного
органу, що є сучасною проблемою, у зв’язку з тим, що не дивлячись на
існування великої кількості наукових розробок питань іміджу, вони більшою
мірою стосуються бізнес-структур.
Гіпотеза. Сформований організаційний імідж є потужним соціально-
управлінським інструментом, що впливає на соціальну поведінку працівника.
Висновки: 1. Формуванню іміджу органу державної влади приділено
замало уваги.
2. Імідж Держпродспоживслужби є невід’ємною складовою і одним з
найважливіших інструментів управління поведінкою посадових осіб.
3. Продуктивними методами формування організаційного іміджу є:
корпоративна культура; внутрішньо-організаційні комунікації, які
дозволяють підвищити професіоналізм посадових осіб

EN : The purpose of research: to conduct organisational image analysis as one of
the means of state government body management with its further formation
improvement.
Object of research: formation of state government body image.
Subject of research: influence of institutional image on social behaviour of
state government employees.
Research methods: analysis, synthesis, induction, deduction, questionnaire,
structural and functional statistical data analysis.
The novelty of research: this work provides description of organisational image
as a means of social behaviour management for state government employees; it is a
modern issue because despite the existing large number of research on this topic, it is
mostly applicable for business structures.
Hypothesis: A well-formed organisational image is a powerful social and
management tool that has an influence on employee’s social behaviour.
Conclusions: 1. There is a lack of attention to the issue of formation of state
government body image.
2. The image of State Service of Ukraine on Food Safety and Consumer
Protection is an integral part and one of the most important means of employee’s
behavioural management.
3. Effective methods of organisational image formation are: corporate culture;
internal organisational communications that help improve the professionalism of
employees of SSUFSCP in Zaporizhzhia region.
