Розробка системи автоматичного пожежогасіння на підприємствах металургійної промисловості

Abstract

UA : Розроблені протипожежні заходи і засоби гасіння пожеж в агломераційному та конвертерному цехах, цеху холодної прокатки. Розроблена система автоматичного пожежогасіння складу зберігання твердого палива (коксу) агломераційного цеху. Виконано розрахунки установки газового пожежогасіння поста керування у конвертерному цеху, необхідної кількості генераторів вогнегасного аерозолю для захисту машинного залу агрегату загартування в цеху холодної прокатки.

EN : Fire is considered as a hazard factor, examples of damage caused by fires are given, and the relevance of the development of new directions and their implementation for automatic fire extinguishing is proved. An analysis of automatic fire extinguishing installations used at industrial enterprises is presented, a schematic diagram of an automatic fire extinguishing installation for large-scale objects is proposed and the effectiveness of its implementation is evaluated. Fire-fighting measures and means of extinguishing fires have been developed in the sinter and converter shops, and in the cold rolling shop. The system of automatic fire extinguishing of the warehouse for storage of solid fuel (coke) of the sinter shop has been developed. Calculations of the gas fire extinguishing installation of the converter shop, the required number of fire-extinguishing aerosol generators to protect the turbine hall of the hardening unit in the cold rolling shop have been performed.
