Прогнозування динаміки показників розвитку олійної галузі в Україні

Abstract

UA : У роботі проаналізовано показники розвитку олійної галузі в Україні, які об’єднано у чотири групи: виробничі, зовнішньоторгівельні, капітальні інвестиції та соціальні. Досліджено сучасний стан розвитку олійної галузі України. Запропоновано процедуру побудови комбінованого прогнозу розвитку галузі на основі трендових та лінійних регресійних моделей залежності результуючих показників діяльності, а саме: обсягу виробленої продукції; обсягу реалізованої продукції, яка вироблена підприємствами олійної галузі; додана вартість за витратами виробництва підприємств олійної галузі від кількості зайнятих. Процедура прогнозування складається з трьох кроків: на першому кроці здійснюється побудова трендової моделі кількості зайнятих працівників в галузі; на другому кроці будується прогноз означеного показника; на третьому – прогнозні значення підставлено у лінійні регресійні моделі залежності результуючих показників від кількості зайнятих.

EN : The paper analyzes the indicators of development of the oil industry in Ukraine, which are grouped into four groups: production, foreign trade, capital investment and social. The current state of development of the oil industry of Ukraine is studied. The procedure of construction of the combined forecast of development of branch on the basis of trend and linear regression models of result indicators of activity is offered, namely: volume of made production; the volume of sold products produced by oil industry enterprises; value added at the cost of production of oil industry enterprises. The forecasting procedure consists of three steps: the first step is to build a trend model of the number of employees in the industry; in the second step the forecast of the specified indicator is constructed; on the third - the forecast values are substituted into linear regression models of the dependence of the resulting indicators on the number of employees.
