Психолого-педагогічні умови професійного становлення майбутніх психологів у процесі фахової підготовки

Предмет дослідження: умови професійного становлення майбутніх психологів. Мета дослідження: визначити психолого-педагогічні умови становлення майбутніх психологів та дослідити особливості професійного становлення студентів-психологів. У роботі здійснено теоретичний аналіз психолого-педагогічних джерел з питання професійного становлення майбутніх психологів та визначено концептуальні підходи до означеної проблеми; з’ясовано та науково обґрунтовано сутність феномена «професійне становлення психологів», уточнено поняття «самовизначення», «самореалізація», «психолого-педагогічні умови професійного становлення»; визначено й теоретично обґрунтовано психолого-педагогічні умови, що сприяють професійному становленню майбутніх психологів у закладі вищої освіти; експериментально досліджено особливості професійного становлення студентів-психологів. Практична значущість роботи полягає у визначенні та обґрунтуванні ефективних для професійного становлення майбутніх психологів психолого-педагогічних умов, запропоновані матеріали можуть бути використані викладачами, студентами та їх батьками, соціальними службами та психологами.

Subject of research: conditions of professional development of future psychologists. The purpose of the study: to determine the psychological and pedagogical conditions for the formation of future psychologists and to explore the features of the professional development of students of psychology. The paper provides a theoretical analysis of psychological and pedagogical sources on the professional development of future psychologists and identifies conceptual approaches to this problem; the essence of the phenomenon "professional development of psychologists" is clarified and scientifically substantiated, the concepts of "self-determination", "self-realization", "psychological and pedagogical conditions of professional development" are specified; defined and theoretically substantiated psychological and pedagogical conditions that contribute to the professional development of future psychologists in higher education; features of professional development of students-psychologists are experimentally investigated. The practical significance of the work is to determine and justify effective for the professional development of future psychologists psychological and pedagogical conditions, the proposed materials can be used by teachers, students and their parents, social services and psychologists.
