Abstract

UA : Робота викладена на 100 сторінках друкованого тексту, містить 9 таблиць, 7 рисунків. Перелік посилань включає 72 джерела. Мета дослідження: визначити та дослідити впливу використання педагогічних інновацій на особисто-професійний розвиток викладачів закладів вищої освіти. Об’єкт дослідження: особистісно-професійний розвиток викладача закладу вищої освіти. Предмет дослідження: педагогічні інновації, як умова особистісно-професійного розвитку викладача закладу вищої освіти. У роботі розглянуто поняття «особистісно-професійного росту» у психолого-педагогічній літературі; виявлено сутнісні характеристики особистісно-професійного росту викладача закладу вищої освіти; вивчено існуючі технологічні програми педагогічного призначення та структуру навчальної діяльності за кредитно-модульною системою; досліджено ціннісно-мотиваційні детермінанти професійного росту. Методологічна основа дослідження. Загальнонаукову основу методології даного дослідження визначає гуманістичний характер сучасної освіти, його спрямованість на гармонійний розвиток особистості, пріоритет моральних цінностей.

The purpose of the study: to identify and investigate the impact of the use of pedagogical innovations on the personal and professional development of teachers of higher education institutions. Object of research: personal and professional development of a teacher of a higher education institution. Subject of research: pedagogical innovations as a condition of personal and professional development of a teacher of higher education. The concept of "personal and professional growth" in the psychological and pedagogical literature is considered in the work; the essential characteristics of personal and professional growth of a teacher of a higher education institution are revealed; the existing technological programs of pedagogical purpose and structure of educational activity on credit-modular system are studied; value-motivational determinants of professional growth are investigated. Methodological basis of the study. The general scientific basis of the methodology of this study is determined by the humanistic nature of modern education, its focus on the harmonious development of personality, the priority of moral values.
