Abstract

Неформальна освіта як феномен сучасного українського соціуму стала об'єктом наукового та суспільного обговорення в часи інтенсивної популяризації різного роду навчальних, розвивальних або виховних послуг. При цьому значна частина замовників психологічно / зорієнтованих послуг має тенденцію до замовлення кваліфікованих спеціалістів, яких готують у рамках програми за спеціальністю «Психологія». Серед головних чинників, що визначають характеристики даної версії професійної освіти, вченими виділено установку на неперервність, глибоке занурення в світ інформаційно-комунікаційних технологій та використання компетентнісного підходу. Наукова новизна роботи полягає у тому, що виявлено динамічну характеристику психологічного благополуччя особистості, встановлена специфіка структури психологічного благополуччя чоловіків та жінок, що дозволяє більш точніше виявити направлення роботи на формування особистості; уточнено уявлення про суб’єктиву оцінку визначеності життя, як таку, що визначає вплив непередбачуваних змін на формування особистості.

Non-formal education as a phenomenon of modern Ukrainian society has become the object of scientific and social discussion in times of intensive promotion of various types of educational, developmental or educational services. At the same time, a significant part of customers of psychologically / oriented services tend to order qualified specialists, who are trained within the program in the specialty "Psychology". Among the main factors that determine the characteristics of this version of vocational education, scientists have identified the setting for continuity, deep immersion in the world of information and communication technologies and the use of a competency-based approach. The scientific novelty of the work is that the dynamic characteristics of the psychological well-being of the individual are revealed, the specifics of the structure of the psychological well-being of men and women are established, which allows to more accurately identify the direction of work on personality formation; the notion of the subjective assessment of the definiteness of life as one that determines the impact of unpredictable changes on the formation of personality is clarified.
