Особливості організації корекційної роботи з батьками, які виховують дітей з аутизмом

Abstract

UA : Робота викладена на 136 сторінок, 13 таблиць, 1 рисунок, 4 додатка. Перелік посилань включає 70 джерела. Об’єкт дослідження – корекційна робота з батьками, які виховують дітей з аутизмом. Фактичний соціальний та психологічний стан більшості батьків дітей з аутизмом – катастрофічний. Психічна травматизація в наслідок отримання діагнозу, емоційне, фізичне та фінансове виснаження, розвиток та загострення проблем власного психічного здоров'я, відсутність необхідних інформаційних моральних і фізичних ресурсів, зневіра у фахівцях, відсутність доступної психотерапевтичної допомоги призводить до аутизації самих батьків, і занурює їх в стан зміненої свідомості. Як результат - сім'ї приховуючи свої проблеми, йдуть шляхом деструктивного розвитку, діти не отримують належної допомоги, і в довгостроковій перспективі гине вся така сімейна система. Наукове обґрунтування і розповсюдження матеріалів про необхідність психологічної реабілітації батьків, сприятиме розвитку та реабілітації дітей з аутизмом, і налагодженню функціонування їх сімей. Вплив батьківського прийняття на успіх їх власного розвитку ще недостатньо досліджений. В даній кваліфікаційній роботі вважається доцільним описати основні принципи корекційної роботи з батьками, які виховують дітей з аутизмом, основаної на теорії прийняття дітей. Шляхом експериментального визначення, ми зможемо виділити особливості організації та життєздатні стратегії в корекційній роботі з батьками. Що дозволить в свою чергу сприяти створенню сприятливих організаційних умов для проведення батьківської корекційної роботи. Наукова новизна полягає у розробці та впровадженні корекційної програми для батьків дітей з аутизмом на основі батьківського прийняття.

The actual social and psychological condition of most parents of children with autism is catastrophic. Mental trauma as a result of diagnosis, emotional, physical and financial exhaustion, development and exacerbation of their own mental health problems, lack of necessary informational moral and physical resources, distrust of specialists, lack of affordable psychotherapeutic care leads to autism in parents and immerses them in state of altered consciousness. As a result, families hide their problems, go on the path of destructive development, children do not receive proper care, and in the long run the whole family system dies. Scientific substantiation and dissemination of materials on the need for psychological rehabilitation of parents will contribute to the development and rehabilitation of children with autism, and the functioning of their families. The influence of parental acceptance on the success of their own development is still insufficiently studied. In this qualification work it is appropriate to describe the basic principles of correctional work with parents raising children with autism, based on the theory of adoption. By experimental determination, we will be able to highlight the features of the organization and viable strategies in corrective work with parents. Which, in turn, will contribute to the creation of favorable organizational conditions for parental correctional work. The scientific novelty is the development and implementation of a correctional program for parents of children with autism based on parental acceptance.
