Abstract

Сучасна лікарська практика, як вітчизняна, так і світова, переконливо доводить, що успішність самого процесу профілактики та лікування не може бути забезпечена тільки лікарським рівнем підготовки фахівця. Сучасні дослідження показують, що практично у всіх галузях медицини диференціюється психологічна складова, яка проявляється як в етіології, так і в патогенезі захворювань. Водночас, досить часто замість особистості лікар бачить перед собою об'єкт впливу, а процес лікування алгоритмізується. Актуальним завданням сьогодення є удосконалення взаємодії лікаря та пацієнта шляхом зміщення акценту з монологічної «суб’єкт-об’єктної» на діалогічну «суб’єкт-суб’єктну» взаємодію, впровадження підходу до лікувального процесу, центрованого на пацієнті, забезпечення зворотного зв'язку, формування зони довірчого спілкування, що налаштовує на взаєморозуміння, вселяє віру пацієнта як в лікаря, так і у внутрішні резерви свого психічного та фізичного «Я».Наукова новизна роботи полягає в тому, що: розроблено модель взаємодії лікаря і пацієнта, що розкриває її психологічну складову; виявлено та досліджено специфіку психологічної складової взаємодії лікаря і пацієнта як інтегрального утворення; розширено, уточнено та доповнено вивчення наступних особистісних утворень: рефлексивність, відповідальність, емпатія, особистісні цінності, комунікативні здібності; набуло подальшого розвитку вивчення феномену взаємодії в системі «лікар – пацієнт».

Modern medical practice, both domestic and international, convincingly proves that the success of the process of prevention and treatment can not be ensured only by the medical level of training. Modern research shows that in almost all branches of medicine differentiates the psychological component, which is manifested in both the etiology and pathogenesis of diseases. At the same time, quite often, instead of the individual, the doctor sees the object of influence, and the treatment process is algorithmized. An urgent task today is to improve the interaction between doctor and patient by shifting the emphasis from monologue "subject-object" to dialogic "subject-subject" interaction, introduction of a patient-centered approach to the treatment process, providing feedback. language, the formation of a zone of trusting communication, which adjusts to mutual understanding, inspires the patient's faith in both the doctor and the internal reserves of his mental and physical "I". Scientific novelty of the work is that: its psychological component; identified and studied the specifics of the psychological component of the interaction of doctor and patient as an integral part; the study of the following personal formations has been expanded, clarified and supplemented: reflexivity, responsibility, empathy, personal values, communicative abilities; the study of the phenomenon of interaction in the "doctor - patient" system was further developed.
