Розвиток комунікативної компетентності як умова гармонійних міжособистісних взаємовідносин

Abstract

На сьогоднішній день одним з провідних показників соціально-активної особистості є вміння контактувати і співпрацювати з іншими людьми. У зв'язку з цим процес міжособистісного спілкування носить все більш складний, екстенсивний характер. Це сприяє актуалізації інтересу до проблем взаємодії особистості в сфері спілкування. Спілкування є необхідною умовою для людства, без якого неможливе повноцінне формування не тільки окремих психічних функцій, процесів і властивостей людини, а й самої особистості в цілому. З моменту народження людина взаємодіє з іншими людьми, але часом люди, що відрізняються високими досягненнями у вивченні явищ матеріального світу, виявляються безпорадними в області гармонійних міжособистісних взаємовідносин, тому людина повинна вивчати правила взаємодії з людьми, щоб стати повноправним членом суспільства. Іншими словами, спілкування буде ефективним лише тоді, коли люди, які взаємодіють один з одним будуть компетентні в даній ситуації. Компетентність в спілкуванні передбачає розвиток адекватної орієнтації людини в самій собі – власному психологічному потенціалі, а також потенціалі партнера та в ситуації. Таким чином, формування комунікативної компетенції є актуальною проблемою сучасності, рішення якої має важливе значення, як для кожної конкретної людини, так і для суспільства в цілому. Наукова новизна дослідження полягає у тому, що уточнено та поглиблено сутність поняття «комунікативна компетентність»; визначені основні компоненти комунікативної компетентності і розкрито їх зміст; розроблено програму щодо покращення розвитку комунікативної компетенції як умови гармонійних міжособистісних взаємовідносин; набули подальшого розвитку вивчення проблеми комунікативної компетенції та міжособистісних стосунків.

Today, one of the leading indicators of socially active personality is the ability to communicate and cooperate with other people. In this regard, the process of interpersonal communication is increasingly complex, extensive. This contributes to the actualization of interest in the problems of personal interaction in the field of communication. Communication is a necessary condition for humanity, without which the full formation of not only individual mental functions, processes and properties of man, but also the individual as a whole is impossible. From birth, a person interacts with other people, but sometimes people with high achievements in studying the phenomena of the material world are helpless in the field of harmonious interpersonal relationships, so a person must learn the rules of interaction with people to become a full member of society. In other words, communication will only be effective if the people who interact with each other are competent in the situation. Competence in communication involves the development of adequate human orientation in oneself - one's own psychological potential, as well as the potential of the partner and the situation. Thus, the formation of communicative competence is an urgent problem of our time, the solution of which is important both for each individual and for society as a whole. The scientific novelty of the study is that the essence of the concept of "communicative competence" is clarified and deepened; the main components of communicative competence are identified and their content is revealed; developed a program to improve the development of communicative competence as a condition for harmonious interpersonal relationships; have further developed the study of the problem of communicative competence and interpersonal relationships.
