Оцінка ефективності витрат на персонал організації

Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота викладена на 81 сторінці друкованого тексту, містить 20 таблиць, 7 рисунків, 1 додаток. Перелік посилань включає 50 джерел, з них 5 іноземною мовою. Об’єктом дослідження є витрати на персонал ТОВ «Видавничий дім «Мелітопольська міська друкарня». Предметом дослідження є ефективність витрат на персонал ТОВ «Видавничий дім «Мелітопольська міська друкарня». Мета кваліфікаційної роботи полягає у визначенні основних напрямків підвищення ефективності витрат на персонал. Методи дослідження: логічне узагальнення, системний підхід, ситуаційний аналіз, узагальнення теоретичних досліджень, анкетування, експертний метод. Наукова новизна дослідження полягає в тому, що було удосконалено алгоритм застосування системного підходу до управління витратами на персонал з визначенням ключових етапів. Значення результатів кваліфікаційної роботи магістра полягає у тому, що вдосконалений алгоритм застосування системного підходу до управління витратами на персонал може бути використаний менеджерами та фахівцями з персоналу для оптимізації фінансового стану підприємства. Основні результати кваліфікаційної роботи висвітлено у тезах.

EN : The work is presented on 81 pages of printed text, contains 20 tables, 7 figures, 1 annex. The list of referеnces includes 50 sources, 5 of them in foreign languages.The object of the study is the cost of staff of LLC “Publishing House” Melitopol City Printing House “. The subject of the study is a study of the cost-effectiveness of personnel of LLC “Publishing House” Melitopol City Printing House “. The purpose of the qualification work is to determine the main directions of improving the efficiency of personnel costs. In accordance with the goal in the work the following tasks are solved:  explore the basic principles of organization and regulation of personnel costs;  study the structure of personnel costs of the organization;  analyze methods and indicators for assessing the effectiveness of personnel costs;  give organizational and economic characteristics of Melitopol City Printing House Publishing House LLC;  to analyze the system of personnel costs of LLC “Publishing House” Melitopol City Printing House “;  to evaluate the effectiveness of staff costs of LLC “Publishing House” Melitopol City Printing House “;  propose to improve the methodology for determining the effectiveness of personnel costs;  provide recommendations for improving the efficiency of personnel costs on the example of LLC “Publishing House” Melitopol City Printing House “;  calculate the effectiveness of the proposed measures. 6 Research methods: logical generalization, systematic approach, situational analysis, generalization of theoretical research, questionnaires, expert method. The scientific novelty of the study is that the algorithm for applying a systematic approach to personnel cost management with the definition of key stages has been improved. The value of the results of the master's qualification work is that an improved algorithm for applying a systematic approach to personnel cost management can be used by managers and HR professionals to optimize the financial condition of the enterprise. The main results of the qualification work are highlighted in the abstracts.
