Сенсорно-інтегративна терапія в реабілітації дітей з розладами аутичного спектру

Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота – 80 сторінок, 12 таблиць, 18 рисунків, 63 літературних джерела. Об’єкт дослідження – комунікативна активність дітей з розладами аутичного спектру під впливом сенсорно-інтегративної терапії. Мета дослідження – оцінка ефективності застосування сенсорно-інтегративної терапії в реабілітації дітей з розладами аутичного спектру. Методи дослідження – аналіз та узагальнення літературних джерел; аналіз медичних карт дітей; визначення категоріального профілю дитини за Міжнародною класифікацією функціонування, обмеження життєдіяльності та здоров’я: діти та підлітки (МКФ-ДП); дослідження й діагностики електричної активності мозку на рівні «структури/функцій» та комунікативної активності на рівні «активності/участі» (мотиваційний критерій, емоційний критерій, діяльнісний критерій); методи математичної статистики. В дітей з розладами аутичного спектру спеціалізованих груп Дитячого навчального закладу нами було встановлено наявність типових проблем у спілкуванні та особливостей функціонування цих дітей у природному для них середовищі (у власній родині), які хвилюють батьків та потребують, на їх думку, фахового втручання. Застосування сенсорно-інтегративної терапії в реабілітаційній програмі для дітей з розладами аутичного спектру в умовах Дитячого навчального закладу забезпечило поліпшення показників комунікативної активності, що є ознакою оптимізації та збільшення адаптивної поведінкової реакції в спілкуванні, і дозволяє рекомендувати дану програму для практичного використання при роботі з даним контингентом дітей.

EN : Qualification work – 80 pages, 12 tables, 18 figures, 63 references. The object of research is the communicative activity of children with autism spectrum disorders under the influence of sensory-integrative therapy. The aim of the study was to evaluate the effectiveness of sensory-integrative therapy in the rehabilitation of children with autism spectrum disorders. Research methods – analysis and generalization of literature sources; analysis of children’s medical records; determination of the categorical profile of the child according to the International Classification of Functioning, Disability and Health; research and diagnostics of electrical activity of the brain at the level of «structure/functions» and communicative activity at the level of «activity/participation» (motivational criterion, emotional criterion, activity criterion); methods of mathematical statistics. In children with autism spectrum disorders of specialized groups of the Children’s educational institution we found the presence of typical communication problems and features of the functioning of these children in their natural environment (in their own family), which worries parents and requires, in their opinion, professional intervention. The use of sensory-integrative therapy in the rehabilitation program for children with autism spectrum disorders in the conditions of the Children’s educational institution has improved the indicators of communicative activity, which is a sign of optimization and increase of adaptive behavioral response in communication, and allows to recommend this program for practical use when working with this contingent of children.
