Формування соціально-трудової компетентності підлітків

Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота: 120 с., 78 джерел, 3 додатки. Об’єкт дослідження: процес формування соціально-трудової компетентності підлітків. Предмет дослідження: зміст, форми та методи формування соціально-трудової компетентності підлітків. Мета дослідження: теоретично обґрунтувати та експериментально перевірити ефективність програми формування соціально-трудової компетентності дітей підліткового віку. Для досягнення даної мети, нами були поставлені такі завдання: 1) розглянути сутність та зміст соціально-трудової компетентності; 2) проаналізувати особливості вітчизняного та зарубіжного досвіду формування соціально-трудової компетентності підлітків; 3) визначити вікові особливості функціонування підлітків; 4) розкрити сутність процесу формування соціально-трудової компетентності у дітей підліткового віку у школі; 5) розробити та експериментально перевірити програму формування соціально-трудової компетентності для дітей підліткового віку. Методи дослідження: теоретичний аналіз джерел, систематизація, узагальнення, спостереження, інтерв’ювання, опитування. Теоретичне значення роботи полягає в обґрунтуванні та систематизації сутності та змісту формування соціально-трудової компетентності дітей підліткового віку. Практичне значення роботи полягає у розробці соціально-педагогічної програми формування соціально-трудової компетентності підлітків. Галузь використання: заклади загальної середньої освіти, навчально-виховні та лікувально-виховні заклади, служба у справах дітей.

EN : The qualifying work gives theoretical survey and describes the experimental research of the essence and content of the forming of social and labor competence of adolescents. It develops a socio-pedagogical program for the forming of social and labor competence of adolescents. The research object: the process of forming of social and labor competence of adolescents. The research subject: the content, forms and methods of forming of social and labor competence of adolescents. The research purpose: to theoretically substantiate and experimentally test the program of forming of social and labor competence of adolescents. The research tasks are: 1) to define the essence and content of social and labor competence; 2) to analyze the features of Ukrainian and foreign experience in the forming of social and labor competence of adolescents; 3) to define the age characteristics of adolescents; 4) to reveal the essence of the process of forming of social and labor competence in adolescents at school; 5) to develop and experimentally test the socio-pedagogical program of forming of social and labor competence for adolescents. The research methods: theoretical analysis of sources, systematization, generalization, observation, interviewing, questioning, comparison, testing, social and pedagogical experiment. The part 1 «Theoretical foundations of social and labor competence» is to substantiate and determine the essence and content of social and labor competence; the features of Ukrainian and foreign experience in the forming of social and labor competence of adolescents and to define the age characteristics of adolescents. The part 2 «Content, forms and methods of forming of social and labor competence in adolescents» is to develop a socio-pedagogical program of forming of social and labor competence for adolescents. The field of practical use: general secondary education institutions, educational and medical-educational institutions, children's service.
