Проект автоматизації печі прямої графітизації в умовах ПрАТ «Укрграфіт» Система автоматичного регулювання охолодження секцій перетворення

Abstract

UA : Метою даної роботи є розробка нової системи автоматизованого регулювання охолодження секцій перетворювачів та шин постійного струму випрямляючого агрегату печей прямої графітизації в умовах підприємства ПрАТ «Укрграфіт». У загальних відомостях представлено: опис конструкції та принципу роботи пересувного випрямляючого агрегату. Описано систему охолодження його секцій перетворювачів та шин постійного струму. Виконано аналіз поточного рівня автоматизації охолодження. Проведено аналіз недоліків даної системи та встановлено завдання для проектування нової САУ. У спеціальній частині розроблено модель нової системи автоматизованого регулювання охолодження. Виконано підбір технічних засобів автоматизації. Розроблено принципи управління системами охолодження. Представлено етапи створення технічної документації. В економічній частині досліджено економічний ефект від впровадження нової системи автоматизованого регулювання охолодження. Зокрема прораховано витрати на впровадження, можливий прибуток та час окупності даної системи. У розділі охорони праці проведено аналіз небезпечних та шкідливих факторів на ділянці випрямляючого агрегату.

EN : The purpose of this work is to develop a new system of automated control of cooling sections of converters and DC busbars of the rectifying unit of direct graphitization furnaces in the conditions of the enterprise PJSC "Ukrgrafit". The general information presents: a description of the design and principle of operation of the mobile rectifier unit. The cooling system of its converter sections and DC buses is described. The analysis of the current level of cooling automation is performed. The analysis of shortcomings of this system is carried out and tasks for designing of new system of automatic control are established. In the special part the model of the new system of the automated regulation of cooling is developed. Selection of technical means of automation is executed. The principles of cooling systems management are developed. The stages of creation of technical documentation are presented. In the economic part, the economic effect of the introduction of a new system of automated cooling control is studied. In particular, the costs of implementation, possible profits and payback time of this system are calculated. In the section of labor protection the analysis of dangerous and harmful factors on a site of the rectifying unit is carried out.
