Розробка технології виробництва жароміцних сталей

Abstract

UA : У роботі ставиться завдання розробити технологію та розрахунок необхідної кількості обладнання для виробництва жароміцних сталей. Розглянуті основні вимоги до жароміцних сталей; загальна характеристика жароміцних сталей; класифікація сталей та сплавів; сфера застосування жароміцної сталі; характеристика сталі марки 15Х5ВФ; обґрунтування доцільності реконструкції електросталеплавильного цеху; вибір сортаменту марок сталей; обґрунтування тривалості плавки; розрахунок кількості сталеплавильних агрегатів; опис головного будинку цеху і прольотів. Наведений опис печі та зроблений вибір електричного режиму та визначення основних розмірів печі. Проведений розрахунок матеріального балансу плавки. Наведений огляд існуючих способів виробництва жароміцної сталі, обґрунтований спосіб виплавлення і область застосування; наведений опис агрегату ківш – піч, вакууматору, МБЛЗ; розроблена технологія виплавлення сталі марки 15Х5ВФ.

EN : The task is to develop the technology and calculation of the required amount of equipment for the production of heat-resistant steels. The basic requirements to heat-resistant steels are considered; general characteristics of heat-resistant steels; classification of steels and alloys; scope of heat-resistant steel; characteristics of steel grade 15H5VF; substantiation of expediency of reconstruction of electric steel-smelting shop; choice of assortment of steel grades; justification of the duration of melting; calculation of the number of steelmaking units; description of the main building of the shop and spans. The description of the furnace is given and the choice of the electric mode and definition of the basic sizes of the furnace is made. The calculation of the material balance of smelting. An overview of the existing methods of production of heat-resistant steel, a reasonable method of smelting and scope; the description of the bucket unit - furnace, vacuum cleaner, caster is given; developed 15H5VF steel smelting technology.
