Аналіз технологічних особливостей виробництва конструкційної легованої сталі

Abstract

UA : Надано характеристику конструкційної сталі марки 30ХГСА, приведено її фізико-механічні властивості та вплив на них легуючих елементів. Приведено аналіз методів виплавки конструкційних сталей з підвищеними вимогами до якості. Описано основні елементи конструкції дугової сталеплавильної печі, приведено розрахунок геометричних параметрів ДСП-50 та технологічних параметрів трансформатора дугової сталеплавильної печі. Приведено апаратурно-технологічну схему виробництва конструкційної сталі марки 30ХГСА та описано її технологію виплавки з повним окисленням в ДСП-50. Приведено аналіз структури та властивостей сталі 30ХГСА в процесі обробки. Приведено результати дослідження структуру та властивостей сталі 30ХГСА після лазерно-плазмового азотування та наноструктурування.

EN : The characteristics of structural steel grade 30ХГСА are given, its physical and mechanical properties and the influence of alloying elements on them are given. The analysis of methods of smelting of structural steels with the increased requirements to quality is resulted. The main elements of the design in electric arc furnace are described, the calculation of the geometrical parameters in EAF-50 and technological parameters of the transformer of the electric arc furnace is given. The hardware-technological scheme of production of structural steel of the 30ХГСА brand is given and its smelting technology with full oxidation in EAF-50 is described. The analysis of structure and properties of steel 30ХГСА in the course of processing is resulted. The results of the study of the structure and properties of steel 30ХГСА after laser-plasma nitriding and nanostructuring are presented.
