Abstract

У кваліфікаційній роботі виконано розрахунок та дані рекомендації по підбору обладнання для можливості роботи ХВО з шахтною водою в якості основної вихідної води. Запропоновано встановлення двох котлів КЕ-10/14 на існуючі фундаменти топок. Проведений тепловий розрахунок котла. Доведено, що найбільші втрати тепла є втрати з вихідними газами, які складають 10,233 %. Були проведені розрахунки для роботи ХВО з питною водою, та надані рекомендації для підбору обладнання ХВО для якісної роботи та досягнення потрібних норм ХО води. Була визнана можливість роботи проектного обладнання на резервному джерелі водопостачання.

In the qualification work, a calculation was made and recommendations were given for the selection of equipment for the possibility of operation of the HVO with mine water as the main source water. It is proposed to install two KE-10/14 boilers on the existing furnace foundations. Thermal calculation of the boiler has been carried out. It has been proven that the largest heat losses are losses with source gases, which make up 10.233%. Calculations were made for the operation of the water treatment plant with drinking water, and recommendations were provided for the selection of water treatment plant equipment for high-quality work and the achievement of the required water treatment standards. The possibility of operation of project equipment on a backup source of water supply was recognized.
