UA : У даній кваліфікаційній роботі був розроблений технологічний процес для деталі «Футорка». Були проведені технологічні розрахунки: розрахунок оптимального розкрою, розрахунок переходів та операцій, розрахунки на міцність робочих деталей штампу, силові, кінематичні розрахунки та розрахунок собівартості продукції. В цій роботі була застосована нова технологія вироблення деталі: всі операції, які раніше робилися в окремих штампах, зараз будуть робитися в одному штампі послідовної дії. Використана технологія у 5 разів знизила трудомісткість виготовлення деталі та завдяки зміні розкрою металу був підвищений коефіцієнт використання металу (КВМ) з 67,2 до 68,7 %.
EN : In this qualification work the technological process for a detail "Futorka" was developed. Technological calculations were performed: calculation of the optimal cutting, calculation of transitions and operations, calculations for the strength of the working parts of the stamp, power, kinematic calculations and calculation of the cost of production. In this work, a new technology of manufacturing parts was used: all operations that were previously performed in separate dies, will now be performed in one stamp of sequential action. The technology used reduced the labor intensity of the part by 5 times and due to the change of metal cutting the metal utilization rate (MUR) was increased from 67,2 to 68,7%.
