UA : Об'єкт розробки – вдосконалення технології прокатування стана 1050 в умовах ПАТ “Дніпроспецсталь”. Мета роботи – розрахунок технології раціональних режимів прокатки високолегованих сталей, а саме 10Х18Н10Т. Метод дослідження – аналітичний розрахунок із застосуванням методів математичної статистики. Проведено аналіз технологічних параметрів прокатки на формування кінців розкату і вихід придатного, з якого виходить, що основними чинниками, що визначають глибину утяжки торців блюмів, є величина сумарного обтискання злитка і середнє обтискання за прохід. З урахуванням результатів розрахунків енергосилових параметрів, розроблене калібрування валків і розраховані режими обтискань для прокатки профілерозмерів основного сортаменту стану, забезпечуючі скорочення утяжки торців, блюмів без погіршення якості осьової зони розкату.
EN : The object of development is the improvement of the rolling technology of the mill 1050 in the conditions of the Dneprospetsstal. The purpose of the work is to calculate the technology of optimal rolling conditions for high-alloy steels, namely 10X18H10T. Research method - analytical calculation using methods of mathematical statistics. The analysis of the technological parameters of rolling for the formation of the ends of the roll and the yield of a suitable one is carried out, from which it follows that the main factors determining the depth of tightening of the ends of the blooms are the value of the total reduction of the ingot and the average reduction per pass. Taking into account the results of calculations of energy-power parameters, the calibration of the rolls was developed and the reduction modes for rolling the profile sizes of the main grade of condition were calculated, providing a reduction in the weighting of the ends, blooms without deteriorating the quality of the axial rolled zone.
