UA : У кваліфікаційній роботі було досліджено джерела утворення забруднюючих стічних вод у гальванічному виробництві, вплив рідких відходів гальванічного виробництва на оточуюче середовище, методи очищення і регенерації стоків гальванічних відділень. Виконано аналіз складу стічних вод гальванічного цеху Виробничого об'єднання «Південний машинобудівний завод імені О.М. Макарова», розглянуто технологічну схему очищення стоків та розроблено зміни до неї. Проведено обґрунтування вибору апаратурного оформлення. Зроблено розрахунок багатоярусного гідроциклона.
EN : In the qualifying work, the sources of polluting wastewater in the electroplating industry, the impact of liquid waste from the electroplating industry on the environment, methods of cleaning and regeneration of wastewater from electroplating departments were investigated. The analysis of the composition of wastewater from the galvanizing shop of the Production Association «Southern Machine-Building Plant named after A.M. Makarov», the technological scheme of wastewater treatment was considered and changes to it were developed. The substantiation of the choice of hardware design is made. The calculation of a multi-tiered hydrocyclone was made.
