Логістика закупівель в малому бізнесі

Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота: 103 с., 5 рис., 25 табл., 47 джерел. Предмет дослідження: закупівельна логістика ПП «ВКФ «АЛІОТ». Об’єкт дослідження є ПП «ВКФ «АЛІОТ». Під час написання роботи було досліджено процес управління логістичними процесами підприємства в умовах глобалізації економічного середовища, проаналізовано закупівельну систему ПП «ВКФ «АЛІОТ»; запропоновано шляхи удосконалення системи управління внутрішньовиробничою логістикою ПП «ВКФ «АЛІОТ». Мета роботи полягає у розробці рекомендацій щодо підвищення ефективності системи закупівельної діяльності досліджуваного підприємства. Методи дослідження – спостереження та порівняння, групування та узагальнення даних, аналізу та синтезу, узгодження та формалізації, аналітичний, табличний, графічний, балансовий. Під час виконання роботи було розглянуто теоретичні основи управління логістичним потенціалом підприємств. На основі теоретичного матеріалу було проаналізовано діяльність ПП «ВКФ «АЛІОТ», проведено аналіз фінансового стану та фінансових результатів ПП «ВКФ «АЛІОТ» та розроблено рекомендації щодо підвищення ефективності системи закупівельної діяльності досліджуваного підприємства. Отримані в кваліфікаційній роботі результати можуть бути використані керівництвом ПП «ВКФ «АЛІОТ» в практичній діяльності і сприятимуть удосконаленню діяльності вітчизняних підприємств.

The object of the research is PE "VKF "ALIOT" During the writing of the paper, the process of managing the logistics processes of the enterprise in the conditions of the globalization of the economic environment was investigated, the procurement system of PE "VKF "ALIOT" was analyzed; ways of improving the internal production logistics management system of PE "VKF "ALIOT" are proposed. The purpose of the work is to develop recommendations for improving the efficiency of the procurement system of the enterprise under study. The research methods: observation and comparison, grouping and generalization of data, analysis and synthesis, coordination and formalization, analytical, tabular, graphical, balance. During the performance of the work, the theoretical foundations of managing the logistics potential of enterprises were considered. On the basis of the theoretical material, the activities of the PE "VKF "ALIOT" were analyzed, the financial status and financial results of the PE "VKF "ALIOT" were analyzed, and recommendations were developed to improve the efficiency of the procurement system of the enterprise under study. The results obtained in the qualification work can be used by the management of PE "VKF "ALIOT" in practical activities and will contribute to the improvement of the activities of domestic enterprises.
