Внутрішньошкільне управління як фактор стимулювання професійного розвитку вчителів

Abstract

Предмет дослідження – процес організації, контролю, оцінки ефективності та стимулювання професійної діяльності вчителів закладу загальної середньої освіти. Мета дослідження – виявлення й наукове обґрунтування факторів впливу на стимулювання професійного розвитку вчителів в структурі й змісті внутрішньошкільного управління. У кваліфікаційній роботі виокремлено показники й критерії професійної компетентності вчителя й рівнів її розвитку в умовах інноваційного підходу до освітнього процесу й управлінні ним; розкрито значення впливу функцій управління на процес удосконалення професійної майстерності вчителів; обґрунтовано теоретичну організаційно-управлінську модель; експериментальним шляхом перевірено організаційно-управлінську модель стимулювання професіоналізму вчителів у закладі загальної середньої освіти.

The subject of the study is the process of organization, control, evaluation of efficiency and stimulation of the professional activity of teachers of the institution of general secondary education. The purpose of the study is to identify and scientifically substantiate the factors influencing the stimulation of professional development of teachers in the structure and content of intra-school management. In the qualification work, the indicators and criteria of the teacher's professional competence and the levels of its development in the conditions of an innovative approach to the educational process and its management are singled out; the significance of the influence of management functions on the process of improving the professional skills of teachers is revealed; the theoretical organizational and management model is substantiated; the organizational and management model of stimulating the professionalism of teachers in the institution of general secondary education was tested experimentally.
