Метою кваліфікаційної роботи є визначення цілей та особливостей управління імпортною складовою сучасної асортиментної політики торговельних мереж в умовах сучасних викликів глобалізації, зокрема щодо введення воєнного стану через масове вторгнення росії. Об’єктом кваліфікаційної роботи є система управління імпортною складовою асортименту політики торговельних мереж в умовах впровадження воєнного стану. Застосовувалися методи порівняльного та інституційного аналізу, абстрагування та узагальнення, монографічний, аналізу та синтезу. За їх допомогою здійснено оцінювання особливостей управління імпортною складовою асортименту політики торговельних мереж в умовах впровадження воєнного стану, а саме аспекти управління асортиментом торговельних мереж, зроблено огляд сучасних підходів до управління асортиментною моделлю торговельних мереж, здійснено огляд конкурентного середовища торговельної мережі магазинів ТОВ «Атлетікс» на ринку спортивної продукції України, проведено оцінку фінансово-господарської діяльності торговельної мережі магазинів ТОВ «Атлетікс», розглянуто особливості управління імпортною складовою асортименту торговельних мереж ТОВ «Атлетікс» в умовах воєнного часу, розроблено стратегію оптимізації імпортної складової асортименту торговельної мережі ТОВ «Атлетікс».

With their help, an assessment of the features of the management of the import component of the assortment of retail chains policy in the conditions of the implementation of martial law, namely the aspects of managing the assortment of retail chains, was carried out, an overview of modern approaches to managing the assortment model of retail chains was made, a review of the competitive environment of the retail chain of stores LLC "Athletics" was carried out on the market of sports products of Ukraine, an assessment of the financial and economic activity of the retail chain of stores LLC "Athletics" was carried out, the peculiarities of managing the import component of the assortment of the retail chains of LLC "Athletics" in wartime conditions were considered, a strategy was developed to optimize the import component of the assortment of the retail chain LLC "Athletics".
