Удосконалення системи мотивування працівників підприємств ресторанного бізнесу

Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота: 83 сторінки. Об’єкт дослідження - система мотивування персоналу закладу харчування кафе «Усатий Кролик». Предмет дослідження - вдосконалення мотиваційного механізму на підприємстві ресторанного господарства. Мета роботи - дослідження та удосконалення системи мотивування працівників підприємств ресторанного бізнесу. Методи дослідження: Метод анкетування; метод аналізу; описовий метод. Зміст кваліфікаційної роботи полягає у складанні плану альтернативної системи мотивування для працівників закладу ресторанного господарства кафе «Усатый Кролик». Мотивація персоналу є основним засобом мобілізації наявного кадрового потенціалу закладу ресторанного бізнесу. Саме тому, основною її метою є отримання максимальної віддачі від наявних людських ресурсів, які сприяють зросту загальної результативності та прибутковості ресторанного закладу, а також підвищенню продуктивності роботи кожного окремого працівника.

EN : The object of the study is the system of motivating the staff of the restaurant cafe "Mustachio Rabbit". The subject of the study is the improvement of the motivational mechanism at the enterprise of the restaurant industry. The purpose of the work is research and improvement of the system of motivating employees of restaurant business enterprises. Research methods: Questionnaire method; method of analysis; descriptive method. The content of the qualification work consists in drawing up a plan of an alternative system of motivation for employees of the restaurant business of the "Mustachio Rabbit" cafe. Staff motivation is the main means of mobilizing the existing personnel potential of a restaurant business establishment. That is why its main goal is to get the maximum return from the available human resources, which contribute to the growth of the overall performance and profitability of the restaurant, as well as to increase the productivity of each individual employee.
