UA : У роботі розглянуто процес аудиторської перевірки – її мету, завдання, суть, методи, функції, способи контролю, процедури та їх класифікацію, умови проведення перевірки. Розглянуто поняття проєкту та визначено особливості проєктної діяльності в цілому. Проаналізовано етапи проєкту, складові його життєвого циклу, та охарактеризовано кожен процес. Сформовано визначення представлення надання послуги аудиторської перевірки як проєкт – його етапи, вимоги. Проведено дослідження економіко-математичних моделей, застосовуваних в аудиті, наведено їх класифікацію. Проаналізовано роль інформаційних технологій в управлінні проєктами з аудиту. Побудована модель бізнес-процесів з використанням інформаційної системи моделювання MS Visio. Вирішена задача оптимізації управління кредиторською заборгованістю. Розглянуто впровадження
гнучкого Agile-підходу підчас реалізації проєкту аудиторській перевірці підприємства. Запропоновано коефіцієнт оцінювання рівня стратегічної зрілості управління проєктами на підприємстві.
EN : The work examines the audit process - its purpose, task, essence, methods, functions, methods of control, procedures and their classification, conditions of the audit. The concept of the project was considered and the features of the project activity as a whole were determined. The stages of the project, the components of its life cycle, were analyzed, and each process was characterized. The definition of the presentation of the provision of auditing services as a project - its stages, requirements - has been formed. A study of economic and mathematical models used in auditing was conducted, and their classification was given. The role of information technologies in the management of audit projects is analyzed. A model of business processes was built using the MS Visio modeling information system. The task of optimizing the management of accounts payable has been solved. The introduction of a flexible Agile approach during the implementation of the enterprise audit project was considered. A coefficient for assessing the level of strategic maturity of project management at the enterprise is proposed.
