Аналіз ліквідності та оцінка платоспроможності Державної продовольчо-зернової корпорації України в сучасних умовах господарювання

Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота викладена на 106 сторінках друкованого тексту, містить 15 таблиці, 7 рисунків, 3 додатки. Перелік посилань включає 71 джерело, з них 5 іноземною мовою. Об’єктом дослідження є процес управління ліквідністю та платоспроможністю корпорацій. Предметом дослідження є теоретико-методичні і практичні аспекти розвитку системи управління ліквідністю та платоспроможністю Державної продовольчо-зернової корпорації України. Метою кваліфікаційної роботи є узагальнення теоретико-методичних засад і розробка практичних рекомендацій щодо вдосконалення системи управління ліквідністю та платоспроможністю Державної продовольчо-зернової корпорації України. Завдання: визначити теоретичні аспекти фінансової політики управління ліквідністю та платоспроможністю корпорації; вивчити організаційну структуру Державної продовольчо-зернової корпорації України; провести аналіз основних фінансово-економічних показників діяльності Державної продовольчо-зернової корпорації України; здійснити оцінку ліквідності, поточної та перспективної платоспроможності корпорації; визначити напрями вдосконалення системи управління ліквідністю та платоспроможністю; оптимізувати структуру балансу для відновлення ліквідності та платоспроможності Державної продовольчо-зернової корпорації України. Наукова новизна отриманих результатів визначається такими основними положеннями: вдосконалено методичний підхід до оптимізації структури балансу корпорації для підвищення ліквідності та платоспроможності; набуло подальшого розвитку визначення платоспроможності корпорації. Практичне значення мають розробки щодо оптимізації структури балансу корпорації.

The object of the study is the process of managing the liquidity and solvency of corporations. The subject of the study is the theoretical, methodological and practical aspects of the development of the liquidity and solvency management system of the State Food and Grain Corporation of Ukraine. The purpose of the qualification work is to summarize the theoretical and methodological principles and develop practical recommendations for improving the liquidity and solvency management system of the State Food and Grain Corporation of Ukraine. Task: to determine the theoretical aspects of the financial policy of managing the liquidity and solvency of the corporation; to study the organizational structure of the State Food and Grain Corporation of Ukraine; conduct an analysis of the main financial and economic indicators of the State Food and Grain Corporation of Ukraine; carry out an assessment of the liquidity, current and future solvency of the corporation; determine directions for improving the liquidity and solvency management system; optimize the balance sheet structure to restore the liquidity and solvency of the State Food and Grain Corporation of Ukraine. The scientific novelty of the obtained results is determined by the following basic provisions: a methodical approach to optimizing the structure of the corporation’s balance sheet to increase liquidity and solvency by calculating all relative indicators through the prism of liquidity assessment, i.e. expressing the components of the aggregated balance sheet by grouping assets by the degree of liquidity, and liabilities by maturity, has been improved repayment; the definition of the solvency of the corporation has been further developed, which, unlike the existing ones, reflects the ability to fulfill its short-term obligations and ensure the repayment of long-term obligations, in the part that will become short-term in the next reporting period, in full and in a specified period at the expense of existing and cash received from the sale of assets, provided that business continuity is maintained. Developments regarding the optimization of the structure of the corporation's balance sheet to restore the liquidity and solvency of the State Food and Grain Corporation of Ukraine are of practical importance.
