Розвиток спільного економічного проєкту ПАТ «БАНК ВОСТОК» і ТОВ «СІЛЬПО-ФУД»

Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота викладена на 114 сторінках друкованого тексту, містить 23 таблиці, 17 рисунків, 4 додатки. Перелік посилань включає 71 джерело, з них 5 іноземною мовою. Об’єктом дослідження виступає процес управління спільними економічними проєктами банків і торговельних мереж. Предметом дослідження є теоретичні, методичні та практичні аспекти розвитку спільного економічного проєкту ПАТ «БАНК ВОСТОК» та ТОВ «СІЛЬПО-ФУД». Метою кваліфікаційної роботи є узагальнення теоретичних і методичних засад, а також розробка практичних рекомендацій щодо розвитку спільного економічного проєкту ПАТ «БАНК ВОСТОК» і ТОВ «СІЛЬПО-ФУД». Завдання: визначити переваги та загрози посилення економічної співпраці банків і торговельних мереж; опрацювати спільні економічні проєкти банків і торговельних мереж; узагальнити методичні підходи до визначення ефективності спільного економічного проєкту; оцінити ефективність спільного економічного проєкту для ПАТ «БАНК ВОСТОК» і ТОВ «СІЛЬПО-ФУД»; дослідити управління ризиками та можливості усунення недоліків спільного економічного проєкту; обґрунтувати напрями підвищення ефективності спільного економічного проєкту ПАТ «БАНК ВОСТОК» і ТОВ «СІЛЬПО-ФУД»; визначити заходи з диверсифікації економічної співпраці банків і торговельних мереж в Україні. Наукова новизна дослідження: набули подальшого розвитку методичні підходи до визначення ефективності реалізації спільних економічних проєктів банками та торговельними мережами. Практичне значення мають розробки з обґрунтування напрямів диверсифікації економічної співпраці банків і торговельних мереж в Україні на засадах цифрової трансформації, зокрема для ПАТ «БАНК ВОСТОК» і ТОВ «СІЛЬПО-ФУД».

The object of the research is the process of managing joint economic projects of banks and trade networks. The subject of the study is the theoretical, methodical and practical aspects of the development of the joint economic project of PJSC "BANK VOSTOK" and LLC "SILPO-FOOD". The purpose of the qualification work is to generalize the theoretical and methodological principles, as well as to develop practical recommendations for the development of the joint economic project of PJSC "BANK VOSTOK" and LLC "SILPO-FOOD". The task: to determine the advantages and threats of strengthening the economic cooperation of banks and trade networks; develop joint economic projects of banks and trade networks; generalize methodical approaches to determining the effectiveness of a joint economic project; evaluate the effectiveness of the joint economic project for PJSC BANK VOSTOK and LLC SILPO-FOOD; to investigate risk management and the possibilities of eliminating the shortcomings of the joint economic project; justify directions for improving the efficiency of the joint economic project of PJSC "BANK VOSTOK" and LLC "SILPO-FOOD"; determine measures to diversify the economic cooperation of banks and trade networks in Ukraine. The following methods of economic research were used during the qualification work: analysis and synthesis, abstract-logical, economic-statistical, monographic, experimental, etc. The information base of the research consists of financial reporting data of PJSC "BANK VOSTOK", LLC "SILPO-FOOD", as well as monographic studies and articles by domestic and foreign authors. The scientific novelty of the research: methodical approaches to determining the effectiveness of the implementation of joint economic projects by banks and trade networks have gained further development, according to which it is necessary to pay attention to the specifics of the financial statements of these participants, to analyze absolute and relative financial indicators before the implementation of the project and after its implementation, to also evaluate, if it is drawn up, consolidated financial statements, as well as take into account all the risks of banking and trading activities. Developments on substantiation of directions for diversification of economic cooperation of banks and trade networks in Ukraine on the basis of digital transformation are of practical importance, in particular for PJSC "BANK VOSTOK" and LLC "SILPO-FOOD".
