Проблеми безпеки в індустрії гостинності

Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота – 92 сторінок, 9 додатків, 56 літературних джерел. Мета – вивчити особливості безпеки та інновації в безпеці у нинішніх умовах. Об’єкт дослідження – вивчення проблем безпеки індустрії гостинності в Україні. Предмет дослідження – умови безпеки в 4-х зірковому готелі Khortitsa Palace (м. Запоріжжя). Методи дослідження. В процесі дослідження використовувалися метод вивчення, узагальнення історичних даних щодо закладів готельного господарства, метод порівняння, метод аналізу та синтезу інформації, а також метод теоретичного узагальнення. Зміст кваліфікаційної роботи полягає у дослідженні особливостей та проблематики безпеки в готелі Khortitsa Palace (м. Запоріжжя). Безпека гостей та їх майна, персоналу та майна готелю є основним в існуванні готельного господарства. Саме тому, основною метою безпеки є отримання максимальної віддачі від наявних персоналу та технологіям, які сприяють покращенню забезпечення безпеки та стабільної роботи готельного закладу, а також підвищенню продуктивності роботи кожного окремого працівника.

EN : Qualification work – 92 pages, 9 appendices, 56 literary sources. The goal is to study the features of security and innovations in security in the current environment. The object of the study is the study of security problems of the hospitality industry in Ukraine. The subject of the research is security conditions in the 4-star hotel Khortitsa Palace (Zaporizhzhia). Research methods. The research used the method of study, generalization of historical data on hotel establishments, the method of comparison, the method of analysis and synthesis of information, as well as the method of theoretical generalization. The content of the qualification work takes place in the study of the peculiarities and issues of security in the Khortitsa Palace hotel (Zaporizhzhia). The safety of guests and their property, staff and hotel property is fundamental to the existence of the hotel industry. That is why the main security service is to get the maximum benefit from the available personnel and technologies, which contribute to increasing the safety and stable operation of the hotel, as well as increasing the productivity of each individual employee.
