Мета роботи полягає у тому, щоб науково обгрунтувати, розробити та продемонструвати комплекс організаційно-педагогічних умов та модель для забезпечення формування навичок міжкультурної комунікації як запоруки конкурентноспроможності на міжнародному туристичному ринку (на матеріалі англійської мови).
Об’єкт – іншомовна підготовка майбутніх фахівців із туризму в закладах вищої освіти.
Предмет – дослідження організації іншомовної підготовки майбутніх фахівців з туризму (на матеріалі англійської мови) в закладах вищої освіти.
Методи дослідження: теоретичні: узагальнений, системний, порівняльний аналіз різних точок зору на досліджуване питання, емпіричні, статистичні.
Практичне значення: розробка моделі формування іншомовної комунікативної компетентності майбутніх фахівців з туризму (на матеріалі англійської мови) з врахуванням визначених організаційно-педагогічних умов; розробка пропозицій, щодо впровадження запропонованої моделі в систему підготовки майбутніх фахівців з туризму в закладах вищої освіти;
Результати дослідження обговорювалися на засіданні кафедри 5 грудня 2022 р., де отримали позитивний відгук, а також були відображені у науковій статті:

Результати можливо використовувати у впровадженні запропонованої моделі в систему підготовки майбутніх фахівців з туризму в закладах вищої освіти задля покращення ефективності та якості навчання студентів.

The purpose of the work is to scientifically justify, develop and demonstrate a set of organizational and pedagogical conditions and a model to ensure the formation of intercultural communication skills as a guarantee of competitiveness in the international tourist market (on the basis of the English language).
The object is foreign language training of future tourism specialists in higher education institutions.
The subject is a study of the organization of foreign language training of future tourism specialists (based on the English language) in institutions of higher education.
Research methods: theoretical: generalized, systematic, comparative analysis of different points of view on the researched issue, empirical, statistical.
Practical significance: development of a model for the formation of foreign language communicative competence of future tourism specialists (based on the material of the English language) taking into account the defined organizational and pedagogical conditions; development of proposals regarding the introduction of the proposed model into the system of training future tourism specialists in higher education institutions;
The results of the research were discussed at the meeting of the department on December 5, 2022, where they received positive feedback, and were also reflected in the scientific article:
