Вплив екстракту з тканин медичної п’явки на лейкоцитарні показники крові лабораторних щурів в умовах in vitro

Abstract

UA : Робота викладена на 59 сторінках друкованого тексту, містить 4 таблиці та 1 рисунок. Список літератури включає 52 джерела, з яких 15 іноземних. Об’єктом дослідження була артеріовенозна кров лабораторних щурів старого віку під дією біологічно активних речовин (БАР) медичної п'явки (МП) в умовах in vivo та in vitro. Мета роботи: дослідити вплив екстракту з тканин медичної п’явки на лейкоцитарні показники крові лабораторних щурів в умовах in vitro. Методи дослідження: імунологічні (визначення загальної кількості лейкоцитів, лейкоцитарної формули крові), статистичні (t-критерій Ст’юдента). Загальна кількість лейкоцитів крові контрольних інтактних тварин та дослідної групи лабораторних щурів старого віку після гірудовпливу без статистично значимих змін, відмічається достовірне зменшення відносного вмісту еозинофілів, нейтрофілів, збільшення моноцитів та лімфоцитів. В лабораторних щурів старого віку до та після гірудовпливу в умовах in vitro як відмінних від організму, відбувається руйнування клітин як в спонтанних, так і антигенстимульованих зразках, але при додаванні антигенів МП в більшій мірі, переважно за рахунок нейтрофілів, лімфоцити більш стійкі, оскільки реагують повільніше. Після гірудовпливу - кількість клітин знижується порівняно з вихідними даними, а при інкубації лейкоцити більш стійкі, порівняно з інтактною групою тварин, імовірно як наслідок появи сенсибілізованих до антигенів МП клітин. Новизна роботи: полягає у тому, що доповнено дані про вплив БАР МП на лейкоцитарні показники лабораторних щурів старого віку.

The object of the study was the arteriovenous blood of old laboratory rats under the influence of biologically active substances (BAS) of medical leech (ML) in vivo and in vitro conditions. The purpose of the work: to investigate the effect of an extract from the tissues of a ML on leukocyte blood parameters of laboratory rats in vitro. Research methods: immunological (determination of the total number of leukocytes, leukocyte blood formula), statistical (Student's t-test). The total number of leukocytes in the blood of the control intact animals and the experimental group of laboratory rats of old age after hirudoinfluence without statistically significant changes, a significant decrease in the relative content of eosinophils, neutrophils, an increase in monocytes and lymphocytes is noted. In laboratory rats of old age before and after hirudoinfluence in vitro conditions as different from the body, destruction of cells occurs in both spontaneous and antigen- stimulated samples, but with added ML antigens in greater extent, mainly due to neutrophils, lymphocytes are more stable, because they react more slowly. After hirudoinfluence, the number of cells decreases compared to the initial data, and during incubation, leukocytes are more stable, compared to the intact group of animals, presumably as a result of the appearance of sensitized cells to ML antigens. The novelty of the work is that the data on the influence of BAS of ML on leukocyte indicators of old laboratory rats have been supplemented.
