Abstract

UA : В результаті дослідження визначено економічний зміст й сутність регіональної інвестиційно-будівельної сфери (РІБС), яку визначено як самодостатнью, самоідентифіковану, саморозвинену, життєзабезпечуючу підсистему соціально-економічної системи регіону, яка характеризується ефективною взаємодією суб’єктів та інститутів у інвестиційно-будівельному процесі в територіально локалізованих одиницях соціально-економічної системи держави, магістральною метою якої є забезпечення сталого розвитку соціально-економічної системи регіону, яка нерозривно взаємодіє з усіма регіональними підсистемами й стимулює їх прогресивний розвиток й розширене відтворення ВРП.

EN : As a result of the study, the economic content and essence of the regional investment and construction sphere (RIBS) was determined, which is defined as a self-sufficient, self-identified, self-developed, life-supporting subsystem of the socio-economic system of the region, which is characterized by the effective interaction of subjects and institutions in the investment and construction process in the territorial localized units of the socio-economic system of the state, the main goal of which is to ensure the sustainable development of the socio-economic system of the region, which inextricably interacts with all regional subsystems and stimulates their progressive development and expanded reproduction of GRP.
