Явище мовного пуризму в словниках української мови першої третини ХХ століття

Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота магістра «Явище мовного пуризму в словниках української мови першої третини ХХ століття» містить 56 сторінок. Для виконання кваліфікаційної роботи магістра опрацьовано 51 джерело. Для виконання роботи взято та опрацьовано сім перекладних словників на українську мову періоду від 1918 до 1931 років. Об’єктом дослідження є пуризм в українській мові протягом першої третини двадцятого століття. Предметом дослідження є прояви пуризму в словниках. Мета дослідження – вивчення поняття пуризму, виявлення та опис його в українських термінологічних словниках. У процесі дослідження виконано такі завдання: 1) визначено поняття пуризму; ) з’ясовано межі поширення аналізовааного поняття в українському науковому обігу; 3) виявилено й описано пуристичні тенденції в розглянутих словниках; 4) встановлено закономірності творення пуристичних одиниць в означений період. Дослідження велося із застосуванням описового методу, що передбачає лінгвістичне спостереження, узагальнення та класифікацію матеріалу. Наукова новизна полягає у проведенні більш обширного наукового дослідження теоретичних і практичних аспектів пуризму, вивченні дефініції в українських, російських, англійських, німецьких, чеських та словацькому тлумачних словниках, фіксації й аналізові мовних одиниць в термінологічних словниках першої третини двадцятого століття. Практичне значення: результати дослідження можуть бути використані в процесі підготовки сучасних термінологічних словників, підготовки курсів з історії української мови, лексикографії або дотичних дисциплін.

EN : The qualification paper for a master’s degree «The phenomenon of linguistic purism in the dictionaries of the Ukrainian language of the first third of the twentieth century». consists of 56 pages. 51 scientific sources were tackled in order to write the graduation thesis. To fulfill the thesis seven dictionaries for translation into Ukrainian published between 1918-1931 were taken and studied. The object of the study was the phenomenon of linguistic purism in the dictionaries of the Ukrainian language of the first third of the 20th century. The subject of the study was the manifestations of purism in dictionaries. The aim of the study is to analyze the definition of purism, the manifestation and description of it in the Ukrainian terminological dictionaries. During the study the following tasks were completed: 1) the concept of purism is defined; 2) the limits of the spread of this concept in Ukrainian scientific circulation are ascertained; 3) the puristic manifestations during the compilation of dictionaries are identified and described; 4) the patterns of creation of purist units in the specified period were established. The study was based on the descriptive method which provides for linguistic observation, generalization and classification of the material. Scientific novelty consists in carrying out a more extensive scientific study of theoretical and practical aspects of purism, studying the definition in Ukrainian, Russian, English, German, Czech and Slovak explanatory dictionaries, fixing and analyzing language units in terminological dictionaries of the first third of the twentieth century. Application Field. The results of the study can be used in the compilation of modern terminological dictionaries, in the preparation of courses in disciplines «The history of Ukrainian», «Lexicography» or related disciplines.
