У кваліфікаційній роботі розкрито специфіку розвитку системи внутрішньошкільного управління в умовах розвиненої диференціації освітнього процесу; обґрунтовано й експериментально перевірено організаційно-методичне забезпечення управління науково-дослідною діяльністю вчителів у сучасній школі.

The object of research is the management system of a general secondary education institution in modern conditions. The subject of the study is the organizational and methodological support of the management of the scientific and research activity of teachers in a modern school. The purpose of the study is scientific substantiation and experimental verification of the organizational and methodological support of the process of managing scientific and research activities of teachers in a modern school. The qualification work reveals the specifics of the development of the intra-school management system in conditions of advanced differentiation of the educational process; the organizational and methodical provision of management of scientific and research activities of teachers in a modern school is substantiated and experimentally verified.
