Об’єкт дослідження – процес контрольно-аналітичної діяльності у Виноградівському закладі дошкільної освіти № 9 Берегівського району Закарпатської області. Предмет дослідження – система організації контрольно-аналітичної діяльності у Виноградівському закладі дошкільної освіти № 9 Берегівського району Закарпатської області. У кваліфікаційній роботі визначено ступінь розробленості проблеми в педагогічній теорії та практиці, визначено шляхи її ефективного вирішення; з’ясовано сутність, зміст та особливості контрольно-аналітичної діяльності керівника закладу дошкільної освіти; розкрито фактори впливу на ефективність процесу контрольно-аналітичної діяльності керівника закладу дошкільної освіти; розроблено й теоретично обґрунтовано систему контрольно-аналітичної діяльності керівника Виноградівського закладу дошкільної освіти № 9 Берегівського району Закарпатської області.

The purpose of the research is to develop and theoretically substantiate the scientific and methodological principles of the control and analytical activity of the head of the preschool education institution. The object of the research is the process of control and analytical activity in the Vynogradiv preschool education institution No. 9 of the Beregiv district of the Transcarpathian region. The subject of the study is the system of control and analytical activity organization in the Vynogradivsk preschool education institution No. 9 of the Berehiv district of the Transcarpathian region. In the qualification paper, the degree of development of the problem in pedagogical theory and practice is determined, the ways of its effective solution are determined; the essence, content and peculiarities of the control and analytical activity of the head of the preschool education institution are clarified; the influencing factors on the effectiveness of the process of control and analytical activity of the head of the preschool education institution are revealed; developed and theoretically substantiated the system of control and analytical activity of the head of the Vynogradiv preschool education institution No. 9 of the Beregiv district of the Transcarpathian region.
