Збiльшення продуктивностi органiзацiйних процесiв у ходi будiвництва торгового центру в мiстi Харкiв

Abstract

UA : У роботi проведено аналiз ефективностi органiзацiйних процесiв при будiвництвi торгово-комерцiйного центру в м. Харкiв, що пiдкреслює необхiднiсть вдосконалення методiв та процесiв зведення об’єктiв соцiального значення. Використання системного пiдходу та загальносистемних закономiрностей дозволило дослiдити основнi методи, якi застосовуються у складних рiшеннях органiзацiйної будiвельної галузi, що, у свою чергу, дає змогу використовувати науковий пiдхiд для розв'язання завдань у будiвництвi. У роботi розроблено та обґрунтовано загальну методологiю дослiдження, розкрито сутнiсть теорiї та методологiчнi принципи визначення параметрiв скорочення термiнiв виконання робiт при будiвництвi будiвель. Для проведення дослiдження використовувались науковi працi вiтчизняних фахiвцiв у галузi будiвництва, системно-структурний i статистичний аналiз, метод кiнцевих елементiв та емпiричний метод.

EN : The work analyzes the effectiveness of organizational processes during the construction of a trade and commercial center in Kharkiv, which emphasizes the need to improve the methods and processes of constructing objects of social importance. The use of a systemic approach and system-wide regularities made it possible to investigate the main methods used in complex solutions in the organizational construction industry, which, in turn, makes it possible to use a scientific approach to solving tasks in construction. The work developed and substantiated the general methodology of the research, revealed the essence of the theory and methodological principles of determining the parameters of shortening the terms of execution of works during the construction of buildings. Scientific works of domestic experts in the field of construction, system-structural and statistical analysis, finite element method and empirical method were used for the research.
