Управління пасивними операціями банків України на прикладі АТ «ПУМБ»

Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота викладена на 111 сторінках друкованого тексту, містить 24 таблиці, 21 рисунків, 8 додатків. Перелік посилань включає 95 джерел, з них 10 іноземною мовою. Об’єктом дослідження є організація роботи АТ «ПУМБ», а саме управління пасивними операціями в сучасних умовах війни в Україні. Предметом дослідження є сукупність теоретичних, методичних і прикладних аспектів організації роботи банку в частині пасивних операцій в Україні. Метою кваліфікаційної роботи магістра є дослідження теоретичних та практичних основ діяльності банку, дослідження пасивних операцій банку, аналіз переліку ризиків, притаманних пасивним банківським операціям, опрацювання практичних рекомендацій щодо зниження ризикованості пасивних операцій в сучасних умовах війни в Україні на прикладі АТ «ПУМБ». Завдання: 1) визначити поняття активу та пасиву банку, розглянути різновиди пасивних операцій та їх мету; 2) дослідити організаційно-економічну діяльність АТ «ПУМБ»; 3) розробити напрямки зниження ризикованості пасивних операцій та управління їх ефективністю в сучасних умовах війни. Основні методи дослідження: аналіз, порівняння, узагальнення, абстрагування, вимірювання, класифікація, графічний, комплексний підхід, абстрактно-логічний, прогнозований метод, ін. Одержані результати та їх новизна: 1) проаналізовано пасивні операції АТ «ПУМБ»; 2) досліджено ефективність різних видів пасивних операцій та ризики, пов’язані з ними; 3) розроблено рекомендації щодо управління пасивами банку, а також можливостей застосування методів мінімізації ризиків, які направлені зростання ефективності пасивних операцій банків. Результати дослідження можуть використовуватися банками України для збільшення ефективності проведення пасивних операцій з врахуванням сучасних умов ведення діяльності.

EN : The work is presented on 111 pages of printed text, contains 24 tables, 21 figures, 8 annex. The list of referеnces includes 95 sources, 10 of them in foreign languages. The object of the study research is the organization of the work of JSC FUIB, namely the management of passive operations in the current conditions of war in Ukraine. The subject of the study is the set of theoretical, methodological, and applied aspects of the organization of the bank's operations concerning passive transactions in Ukraine. The purpose of the work is to study the theoretical and practical foundations of the bank's activities, investigate the bank's passive operations, analyze the list of risks inherent in passive banking operations, and develop practical recommendations for reducing the riskiness of passive operations in the current wartime conditions in Ukraine, using JSC "PUMB" as an example. Also consider the types of banking services that belong to passive operations, analyze the list of passive banking operations related to servicing individuals and legal entities, investigate the market situation in the banking sector regarding raising funds; investigate the management of passive operations of JSC "FUIB", analyze the performance indicators of passive operations of JSC "FUIB" and identify the risks associated with conducting passive operations and propose methods for minimizing and avoiding risks when conducting passive operations of JSC "FUIB" in conditions of war in Ukraine. Tasks: 1) define the concepts of the bank's assets and liabilities, examine the types of passive operations and their purpose; 2) investigate the organizational and economic activities of JSC "PUMB"; 3) develop directions for reducing the risk of passive operations and managing their effectiveness in modern war conditions. The main research methods: analysis, comparison, generalization, abstraction, measurement, classification, graphic, comprehensive approach, abstract-logical, forecasting method, etc. Analytical data from banks, the National Bank of Ukraine, financial statements

of JSC "PUMB," and scientific research by domestic and foreign authors. The results obtained and their novelty: 1) passive operations of JSC "PUMB" were analyzed; 2) the effectiveness of various types of passive operations and the risks associated with them were studied; 3) recommendations have been developed for managing bank liabilities, as well as the possibilities of applying risk minimization methods aimed at increasing the efficiency of banks' passive operations. The research results can be used by banks in Ukraine to increase the efficiency of passive operations, considering the current conditions of conducting activities.
