Психологічні умови розвитку комунікативної компетентності майбутніх юристів

Актуальність дослідження комунікативної компетентності майбутніх юристів зумовлена динамічними змінами в правовій системі, зростанням вимог до професійної діяльності юриста та підвищенням значущості ефективної міжособистісної взаємодії в правовій сфері. Сучасне суспільство переживає складні соціальні, економічні та правові трансформації, що висувають нові вимоги до професіоналізму юристів. В умовах глобалізації, цифровізації правового середовища та зростання правової свідомості громадян юристам необхідно не лише глибоко знати законодавство, а й володіти навичками ефективної комунікації для взаємодії з клієнтами, колегами, представниками органів влади та судової системи. Комунікативна компетентність є ключовим компонентом професійної майстерності юриста, адже правова діяльність значною мірою ґрунтується на спілкуванні – усному та письмовому. Юристи працюють із широким колом осіб: представляють інтереси клієнтів у судах, проводять переговори, укладають юридичні документи, консультують громадян та організації. Успішне виконання цих функцій вимагає високого рівня володіння комунікативними навичками, що включають уміння логічно й аргументовано викладати думки, слухати, переконувати, вести діалог, а також розпізнавати емоційний стан співрозмовника та адаптувати комунікаційні стратегії відповідно до ситуації. Наукова новизна дослідження полягають у тому, що: теоретично обґрунтовано та емпірично дoслiджeнo психологічні умови розвитку комунікативної компетентності майбутніх юристів; поглиблено, розширено та доповнено уявлення про психологічні умови розвитку комунікативної компетентності, асертивні комунікативні стратегії, навички ефективного спілкування в професійній сфері; набули подальшого дослідження такі явища, як довіра у відносинах, емоційна компетенція, здатність до асертивності.

The relevance of the study of the communicative competence of future lawyers is due to dynamic changes in the legal system, increasing requirements for the professional activity of a lawyer and increasing the importance of effective interpersonal interaction in the legal sphere. Modern society is experiencing complex social, economic and legal transformations that put forward new requirements for the professionalism of lawyers. In the context of globalization, digitalization of the legal environment and the growth of legal awareness of citizens, lawyers need not only to have a deep knowledge of the legislation, but also to have effective communication skills for interaction with clients, colleagues, representatives of government bodies and the judicial system. Communicative competence is a key component of a lawyer's professional skills, because legal activity is largely based on communication - oral and written. Lawyers work with a wide range of people: they represent the interests of clients in courts, conduct negotiations, conclude legal documents, and advise citizens and organizations. Successful performance of these functions requires a high level of communication skills, which include the ability to logically and reasonedly express thoughts, listen, persuade, conduct a dialogue, as well as recognize the emotional state of the interlocutor and adapt communication strategies according to the situation. The scientific novelty of the study is that: the psychological conditions for the development of communicative competence of future lawyers have been theoretically substantiated and empirically investigated; the idea of the psychological conditions for the development of communicative competence, assertive communicative strategies, and effective communication skills in the professional sphere has been deepened, expanded, and supplemented; phenomena such as trust in relationships, emotional competence, and the ability to be assertive have been further studied.
