Діагностична діяльність логопеда в закладах охорони здоров’я

Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота: 100 с., 1 таблиця, 59 джерел. Мета – розробити, обґрунтувати та удосконалити організаційно-методичні аспекти діагностичної діяльності логопеда в закладах охорони здоров’я для забезпечення ефективного виявлення та оцінювання мовленнєвих порушень у пацієнтів різного віку. Об’єкт – процес діагностики мовленнєвих порушень у пацієнтів у закладах охорони здоров’я. Предмет – методи, підходи та організація діагностичної діяльності логопеда в умовах закладів охорони здоров’я. Методи дослідження: теоретичні: аналіз науково-методичної, клінічної та психолого-педагогічної літератури; узагальнення й систематизація підходів до логопедичної діагностики; порівняльний аналіз українських і зарубіжних моделей; концептуалізація даних щодо міждисциплінарної взаємодії; емпіричні: вивчення методик діагностики мовленнєвих порушень; експертний аналіз роботи логопедів у медичних командах; структурно-функціональний аналіз організації логопедичної служби; моделювання організаційно-методичних рішень; системний аналіз нормативних документів та міжнародних протоколів. Результати дослідження можуть бути використані логопедами, неврологами, нейропсихологами та мультидисциплінарними командами для вдосконалення діагностики й реабілітації дорослих з мовленнєвими порушеннями. Напрацювання придатні для розроблення протоколів обстеження, індивідуальних програм корекції мовлення, методичних рекомендацій, а також для впровадження цифрових та дистанційних інструментів. Галузь використання: заклади охорони здоров’я.

EN : The qualification work consists of an introduction, 2 parts, conclusions, a list of used literature (59 names, 26 of them in a foreign language). The volume of the qualification work is 100 pages, of which 86 are the main text. The purpose of the study is to develop, substantiate, and improve the organizational and methodological aspects of the Speech Therapist’s (ST) diagnostic activities in healthcare facilities to ensure the effective detection and assessment of speech/communication disorders in patients of various ages. Object of the study: the process of diagnosing speech/communication disorders in patients in healthcare facilities. Subject of the study: the methods, approaches, and organization of the Speech Therapist’s diagnostic activities in healthcare settings. The research tasks: 1. To conduct an analysis of the scientific and methodological literature concerning the Speech Therapist’s (ST) diagnostic activities and the specifics of their organization in healthcare facilities. 2. To study the existing methods and approaches for the diagnosis of speech/communication disorders in patients. 3. To evaluate the specificity of the ST’s work within interdisciplinary (multidisciplinary) teams in healthcare settings. 4. To develop recommendations for the improvement of the organization of the SLP’s diagnostic activities in healthcare settings. 5. To systematize the principles and conditions for effective ST diagnostic activities in healthcare facilities. To solve the tasks and test the hypothesis, general scientific research methods were used, including theoretical methods: analysis of scientific, methodological, clinical, and psycho-pedagogical literature; generalization and systematization of approaches to Speech Therapist (ST) diagnosis; comparative analysis of Ukrainian and international/foreign models; and conceptualization of data regarding interdisciplinary collaboration/interaction; and empirical methods: study of methods for diagnosing speech/communication disorders; expert analysis of the work of Speech Therapist in medical teams; structural and functional analysis of the organization of the ST service; modeling of organizational and methodological solutions; and systemic analysis of regulatory documents and international protocols. The section 1 “Theoretical Foundations of Speech Therapist’s Diagnostic Activities in Healthcare Facilities“ covers the concept and specific characteristics of the Speech Therapist (ST) diagnostic activities ; the analysis of scientific and methodological literature concerning the diagnosis of speech/communication disorders in medical/healthcare settings; the specificity of organizing the ST’s work within interdisciplinary (multidisciplinary) teams in medical facilities; and domestic and foreign experience in ST diagnosis within the healthcare system. The section 2 “Experimental Substantiation and Improvement of the Speech Therapist’s Diagnostic Activities in Healthcare Facilities“ presents the analysis of existing methods for diagnosing speech/communication disorders in medical institutions, the development of recommendations for improving the organization of the Speech Therapist (ST) diagnostic activities , and defines the system of principles and conditions for effective ST diagnostic activities in healthcare facilities.
