Abstract

Актуальність теми дослідження обумовлена тим, що у сучасних умовах соціальних змін, економічної нестабільності та інформаційного перенасичення значно зростає роль внутрішньої гармонії та ефективної комунікації в родинному середовищі. Сім’я — це перша і найважливіша соціальна інституція, де формуються базові емоційні зв’язки, набуваються навички взаємодії, довіри, підтримки. Водночас саме в родинних стосунках часто виникають конфлікти, нерозуміння, емоційна віддаленість, що значною мірою зумовлено низьким рівнем емоційної компетентності членів сім’ї. Це підкреслює необхідність вивчення емоційного інтелекту як ресурсу для налагодження ефективної міжособистісної комунікації в родині. Наукова новизна роботи полягає в уточненні психологічного змісту поняття емоційного інтелекту в контексті сімейної комунікації, а також у виявленні та емпіричному підтвердженні взаємозв’язку між рівнем емоційного інтелекту та ефективної комунікації між членами сім’ї.

The relevance of the research topic is due to the fact that in modern conditions of social changes, economic instability and information overload, the role of internal harmony and effective communication in the family environment is significantly increasing. The family is the first and most important social institution where basic emotional ties are formed, skills of interaction, trust, and support are acquired. At the same time, it is in family relationships that conflicts, misunderstandings, and emotional distance often arise, which is largely due to the low level of emotional competence of family members. This emphasizes the need to study emotional intelligence as a resource for establishing effective interpersonal communication in the family. The scientific novelty of the work lies in clarifying the psychological content of the concept of emotional intelligence in the context of family communication, as well as in identifying and empirically confirming the relationship between the level of emotional intelligence and effective communication between family members.
