Формування соціальної відповідальності майбутніх соціальних педагогів у процесі професійної підготовки

Abstract

Мета дослідження: обґрунтувати, розробити та експериментально перевірити програму формування соціальної відповідальності майбутніх соціальних педагогів у процесі професійної підготовки. Об’єкт дослідження: соціальна відповідальність студентів. Предмет дослідження: педагогічні умови формування соціальної відповідальності майбутніх соціальних педагогів. Методи дослідження: вивчення та аналіз наукових джерел з проблеми соціальної відповідальності особистості; бесіда, анкетування, діагностичні методики: методика «Когнітивна орієнтація» Дж. Роттера, методика М. Рокича «Ціннісні орієнтації», діагностика інтерактивної спрямованості особистості Н. Щуркової, експрес-діагностика соціальних цінностей особистості Н. Фетіскіна, тест «Здібності до рефлексії» А. Карпова. Теоретичне значення дослідження полягає у тому, що уточнено сутність поняття «соціальна відповідальність»; визначено компоненти, критерії та показники соціальної відповідальності; обґрунтовано педагогічні умови формування соціальної відповідальності майбутніх соціальних педагогів. Практичне значення одержаних результатів полягає в розробленні та експериментальній перевірці програми формування соціальної відповідальності майбутніх соціальних педагогів, яка може бути використана викладачами закладі вищої освіти з метою підвищення соціальної відповідальності студентів. The aim of the study: to substantiate, develop and experimentally verify the program of formation of social responsibility of future social pedagogues in the process of professional training. The research object – social responsibility of students. The research subject – pedagogical conditions for the formation of social responsibility of future social pedagogues The tasks of the qualification work: 1) consider social responsibility as a subject of theoretical analysis; 2) to determine and substantiate the pedagogical conditions for the formation of social responsibility of future social pedagogues; 3) to highlight the criteria and indicators of social responsibility of students – future social pedagogues; 4) conduct experimental work on the formation of social responsibility of future social pedagogues in the process of professional training. Research methods: theoretical: study and analysis of scientific sources on the problem of social responsibility of the individual; empirical: conversation, questionnaires, diagnostic methods: the method “Cognitive orientation” of J. Rotter, method M. Rokych “Value orientations”, diagnosis of interactive personality orientation N. Shchurkova, express diagnosis of social values of personality N. Fetiskina, test “Ability to reflect” A. Karpova. The section 1 “Theoretical prerequisites for the formation of social responsibility of students of a higher education institution” considered social responsibility as a subject of theoretical analysis, defined criteria and indicators of social responsibility of future social pedagogues, identified pedagogical conditions for the formation of social responsibility of future social pedagogues. The section 2 “An experimental study of the formation of social responsibility of future social pedagogues in the process of professional training” the level of formation of social responsibility of future social pedagogues at the ascertainment stage was determined, a program for the formation of social responsibility of future social pedagogues in the process of professional training was developed, the results of experimental work on the formation of social responsibility of future social pedagogues in the process of professional training were analyzed. The practical significance of the obtained results lies in the development and experimental verification of a program for the formation of social responsibility of future social pedagogues, which can be used by teachers at a higher education institution in order to increase the social responsibility of students.
