Психологічні чинники розвитку лідерства під час несення військової служби

Abstract

UA : Робота викладена на 62 сторінках, друкованого тексту, 8 рисунків, 12 таблиць, 3 додатки. Перелік посилань включає 41 джерело. Об’єкт дослідження – лідерство під час несення військової служби. У сучасних умовах несення військової служби, особливо у контексті збройної агресії проти України, питання ефективного лідерства набуває особливої ваги. Від наявності та рівня розвитку лідерських якостей у командирів, офіцерів та інших представників особового складу значною мірою залежить не лише успішність виконання бойових завдань, а й психологічна стійкість, моральний дух та згуртованість підрозділів. Лідерство у військовому середовищі – це не лише формальне управління підлеглими, а насамперед здатність мотивувати, надихати, приймати відповідальні рішення в умовах невизначеності, зберігати самоконтроль і керувати поведінкою інших у стресових та екстремальних ситуаціях. Ці якості формуються під впливом низки психологічних чинників, серед яких особистісні риси, рівень емоційного інтелекту, мотиваційна структура, здатність до емпатії, а також соціальні умови служби. Таким чином, вивчення психологічних чинників, що сприяють становленню та розвитку ефективного лідерства в армії, відповідає викликам часу і має важливе теоретичне й практичне значення. Наукова новизна одержаних результатів дослідження полягає в уточненні та поглибленні уявлень про психологічні чинники, що впливають на розвиток лідерства під час несення військової служби; розширенні наукових знань про взаємозв’язок між характеристиками поняття лідерства, емоційним інтелектом, стресостійкістю та ефективністю виконання службових завдань у складних і стресогенних умовах військової служби.

EN : The work is presented on 62 pages, printed text, 8 figures, 12 tables, 3 appendices. The list of references includes 41 sources. The object of the study is leadership during military service. In modern conditions of military service, especially in the context of armed aggression against Ukraine, the issue of effective leadership acquires special importance. Not only the success of combat missions, but also psychological stability, morale and cohesion of units depend to a large extent on the presence and level of development of leadership qualities in commanders, officers and other personnel. Leadership in a military environment is not only formal management of subordinates, but primarily the ability to motivate, inspire, make responsible decisions in conditions of uncertainty, maintain self-control and manage the behavior of others in stressful and extreme situations. These qualities are formed under the influence of a number of psychological factors, including personality traits, level of emotional intelligence, motivational structure, ability to empathy, as well as social conditions of service. Thus, the study of psychological factors that contribute to the formation and development of effective leadership in the army meets the challenges of the time and has important theoretical and practical significance. The scientific novelty of the obtained research results lies in clarifying and deepening ideas about psychological factors that influence the development of leadership during military service; expanding scientific knowledge about the relationship between the characteristics of the concept of leadership, emotional intelligence, stress resistance and the effectiveness of performing official tasks in complex and stressful conditions of military service.
