Abstract

EN : The qualification work developed a project for a children's preschool institution, which involves the use of modern architectural and planning, constructive and organizational and technological solutions. The architectural and construction part of the project was completed, the structural elements of the building were developed and the necessary engineering calculations were carried out, in particular, the calculation of the staircase, as well as the heat-technical calculation of external enclosing structures. The work considered the issue of organizing construction, developed a calendar plan for the implementation of works, a construction master plan and determined the need for material and technical resources. Particular attention was paid to the development of a technological map for the performance of certain types of construction work in compliance with the requirements of labor protection and fire safety. Based on the calculations performed, a local estimate was drawn up and the main technical and economic indicators of the project were determined. The proposed solutions ensure reliability, durability, energy efficiency and safe operation of the building in accordance with current regulatory requirements.

UA : У кваліфікаційній роботі розроблено проєкт дитячої дошкільної установи, що передбачає застосування сучасних архітектурно-планувальних, конструктивних та організаційно-технологічних рішень. Виконано архітектурно-будівельну частину проєкту, розроблено конструктивні елементи будівлі та проведено необхідні інженерні розрахунки, зокрема розрахунок сходового маршу, а також теплотехнічний розрахунок зовнішніх огороджувальних конструкцій. У роботі розглянуто питання організації будівництва, розроблено календарний план виконання робіт, будівельний генеральний план та визначено потребу в матеріально-технічних ресурсах. Особливу увагу приділено розробленню технологічної карти на виконання окремих видів будівельних робіт із дотриманням вимог охорони праці та пожежної безпеки. На основі виконаних розрахунків складено локальний кошторис та визначено основні техніко-економічні показники проєкту. Запропоновані рішення забезпечують надійність, довговічність, енергоефективність та безпечну експлуатацію будівлі відповідно до чинних нормативних вимог.
