Діагностика фінансового стану в системі управління економічною безпекою підприємства ПрАТ «Запоріжкокс»

Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота викладена на 110 сторінках друкованого тексту, містить 24 таблиці, 11 рисунків, 3 додатки. Перелік посилань включає 75 джерел, з них 5 іноземною мовою. Об’єктом дослідження є процес діагностики фінансового стану підприємства ПрАТ «Запоріжкокс» у контексті забезпечення його економічної безпеки. Предметом дослідження є теоретичні, методичні та практичні аспекти оцінки фінансового стану підприємства та його вплив на забезпечення економічної безпеки. Метою роботи є обґрунтування теоретичних засад, методичних підходів та розробка практичних рекомендацій щодо діагностики фінансового стану підприємства у системі управління економічною безпекою. Завдання: 1) дослідити особливості управління фінансовим станом у забезпеченні економічної безпеки підприємства; 2) провести аналіз фінансової стійкості, ліквідності та ділової активності підприємства; 3) обґрунтувати необхідність впровадження експрес-діагностики фінансового стану підприємства; 4) запропонувати впровадження збалансованої системи показників у систему управління економічною безпекою підприємства. Методи досліджень: методи систематизації та узагальнення, аналізу, синтезу, індукції та дедукції, метод групувань, графічний метод, економіко-статистичний аналіз, експертні оцінки. Одержані результати та їх новизна: 1) удосконалено методичний підхід до діагностики фінансового стану підприємства, що передбачає інтеграцію традиційних методів аналізу з використанням експрес-діагностики та збалансованої системи показників; 2) запропоновано механізм адаптації збалансованої системи показників (BSC) до специфіки управління фінансовим станом підприємства. Розроблені рекомендації щодо удосконалення системи діагностики фінансового стану можуть бути використані у діяльності промислових підприємств для зміцнення їх фінансової стійкості.

The object of the study is the process of diagnosing the financial condition of PJSC «Zaporizhkoks» in the context of ensuring its economic security. The subject of the study is the theoretical, methodological, and practical aspects of assessing the financial condition of the enterprise and its impact on ensuring economic security. The purpose of the study is to substantiate the theoretical foundations, methodological approaches, and develop practical recommendations for diagnosing the financial condition of the enterprise within the economic security management system. Objectives: to study the features of financial condition management in ensuring the economic security of the enterprise; to analyze the financial stability, liquidity, and business activity of the enterprise; to justify the necessity of implementing express diagnostics of the enterprise's financial condition; to propose the implementation of a balanced scorecard system in the economic security management system of the enterprise. Research methods: Methods of systematization and generalization, analysis, synthesis, induction and deduction, grouping method, graphical method, economic-statistical analysis, expert assessments. The information base of the study was the work of domestic and foreign scientists, which highlighted the problems of diagnosing the financial condition in the economic security management system of the enterprise, articles in periodicals, internal regulatory documents and financial statements of the enterprise PrJSC «Zaporizhkoks». Results obtained and their novelty: the methodological approach to diagnosing the financial condition of the enterprise has been improved, integrating traditional analysis methods with express diagnostics and a balanced scorecard system; a mechanism for adapting the balanced scorecard (BSC) to the specifics of financial condition management at the enterprise has been proposed. The practical value of the results obtained lies in the development and implementation of improved methods for diagnosing the financial condition of an enterprise, in particular express diagnostics and a balanced scorecard, which allows for timely identification of financial risks and increasing the efficiency of economic security management of PrJSC «Zaporizhkoks». The proposed approaches can be used in the activities of industrial enterprises to strengthen their economic security and improve strategic planning.
