Актуальність вивчення психологічних особливостей групової згуртованості в колективі зумовлена формуванням соціальних навичок його учасників і наявністю міжособистісних відносин, що суттєво впливає на розвиток емоційної сфери, самосприйняття та моделей поведінки. Групова згуртованість виступає важливим чинником психологічного комфорту особистості, сприяє формуванню позитивного ставлення до соціуму, знижує рівень тривожності та сприяє самовираженню. Завдяки згуртованому середовищу підвищується ефективність групової взаємодії, що позитивно позначається на соціальному розвитку групи людей. У дитячих і підліткових колективах вивчення динаміки згуртованості дає змогу вчасно виявити труднощі в комунікаціях, попередити прояви відторгнення, булінгу та соціальної ізоляції. Психологічна підтримка згуртованості формує у дітей навички співробітництва, емпатії, прийняття інших, що є основою успішної адаптації у колективах у майбутньому. Розуміння процесів згуртованості є ключовим завданням для психолога в контексті формування здорового соціального середовища. Наукова новизна полягає в емпіричному підтверджені психологічних детермінант групової згуртованості дитячої футбольної команди.

The relevance of studying the psychological features of group cohesion in a team is due to the formation of social skills of its participants and the presence of interpersonal relationships, which significantly affects the development of the emotional sphere, self-perception and behavioral models. Group cohesion is an important factor in the psychological comfort of the individual, contributes to the formation of a positive attitude towards society, reduces the level of anxiety and promotes self-expression. Thanks to a cohesive environment, the effectiveness of group interaction increases, which has a positive effect on the social development of a group of people. In children's and adolescent groups, studying the dynamics of cohesion makes it possible to identify communication difficulties in a timely manner, prevent manifestations of rejection, bullying and social isolation. Psychological support for cohesion forms in children the skills of cooperation, empathy, acceptance of others, which is the basis for successful adaptation in teams in the future. Understanding the processes of cohesion is a key task for a psychologist in the context of forming a healthy social environment. The scientific novelty lies in the empirical confirmation of the psychological determinants of group cohesion of a children's football team.
