Фізико-хімічні особливості процесу зневуглецювання мартенівської ванни

Abstract

UA : У роботі ставиться завдання дослідити фізико-хімічні особливості процесу окислення вуглецю в умовах мартенівської плавки з метою вдосконалення технології и можливості регулювання процесу. Розглянуті особливості кінетики процесу зневуглецювання мартенівської ванни; встановлені температурні умови процесу зневуглецювання та нагріву мартенівської ванни; досліджений вплив вмісту вуглецю по розплавленню на режим кипіння ванни, якість сталі і продуктивність мартенівських печей; розібрано основні шкідливі та небезпечні фактори в роботі мартенівського цеха.

EN : The work sets the task of investigating the physicochemical features of the carbon oxidation process in open-hearth smelting conditions in order to improve the technology and the possibility of regulating the process. The features of the kinetics of the decarburization process of the open-hearth bath are considered; the temperature conditions of the decarburization process and heating of the open-hearth bath are established; the influence of the carbon content after melting on the boiling mode of the bath, the quality of steel and the productivity of open-hearth furnaces is investigated; the main harmful and dangerous factors in the operation of the open-hearth shop are analyzed.
