Нове будівництво адміністративної будівлі у м. Запоріжжя

Abstract

UA : У проекті представлені такі основні розділи: архітектурно-будівельний, розрахунково-конструктивний - фундаменти, технологія зведення будівель, організація будівельного виробництва, економіка будівництва, охорона праці. В архітектурній частині було визначено об’ємно-планувальне рішення будівлі, виконано теплотехнічний розрахунок стіни покриття. В розділі фундаментів проведений аналіз складу основи і палі з ростверками, що окремо стоять, з монолітного залізобетону і стрічковий з монолітного залізобетону. Згідно з технологією зведення будівель розглядаються варіанти можливого зведення каркасу будівлі, для цього було розроблено калькуляцію трудових витрат і схему виконання робіт, а також календарний графік робіт. У розділі організація будівельного виробництва розраховано сітьовий графік для визначення тривалості будівельних робіт, розроблено майданчик під будівництво будівлі з розташуванням складів і тимчасових будівель. В розділі економіка будівництва виконано розрахунок кошторисної вар-тості будівництва у вигляді локального кошторису на загальнобудівельні роботи.

EN : The project includes the following main sections: architectural and construction design, structural calculations – foundations, building construction technology, organization of construction production, construction economics, and occupational safety. In the architectural section, the volumetric-planning solution of the building was determined, and a thermal engineering calculation of the wall and roof was performed. The foundations section presents an analysis of the composition of the base and piles with separately standing monolithic reinforced concrete grillages, as well as strip foundations made of monolithic reinforced concrete. In the building construction technology section, possible options for erecting the building frame are considered. For this purpose, a labor cost estimate and a workflow scheme, as well as a construction schedule, were developed. The construction organization section includes a network schedule to determine the duration of construction works and the layout of the construction site, including storage areas and temporary buildings. In the construction economics section, the estimated construction cost was calculated in the form of a local estimate for general construction works.
