Адміністрування товарних потоків у системі менеджменту бізнес-процесів ПП «Махнічев»

Abstract

UA : Об’єкт дослідження: комерційна діяльність компанії ПП «Махнічев», що є суб’єктом ринку товарів господарського призначення. Предмет дослідження: процес управління та адміністрування товарними потоками компанії імпортера – ПП «Махнічев». Методи дослідження: економічний аналіз, систематизація, класифікація, економіко –математичне моделювання. Мета роботи: вдосконалення системи управління товарними потоками для фірми – імпортера – компанії ПП «Махнічев» з використанням логістичного підходу та сучасних інформаційних технологій. Специфіка даного магістерського дослідження полягає у вирішенні наступних задач: визначення сутності управління товарними потоками підприємства; дослідженню можливостей застосування логістичного підходу до вдосконалення системи управління товарними потоками підприємства - суб’єкта ЗЕД; аналізу діючої системи управління товарними потоками у ЗЕД компанії ПП «Махнічев». На основі виконаного дослідження здійснено оптимізацію параметрів імпортних постачань, що здійснюються компанією ПП «Махнічев», а також запропоновано заходи щодо вдосконалення системи управління товарними потоками на основі сучасних інформаційних технологій.

EN : The object of the study: the commercial activity of the company PE "Makhnichev", which is a subject of the market of household goods. The subject of the study: the process of management and administration of product flows of the importer company - PE "Makhnichev". Research methods: economic analysis, systematization, classification, economic-mathematical modeling. The purpose of the work: improvement of the product flow management system for the importer company "Makhnichev" using a logistic approach and modern information technologies. The specificity of this master's study consists in solving the following problems: determining the essence of managing the commodity flows of the enterprise; the study of the possibilities of applying a logistic approach to improving the system of managing commodity flows of the enterprise - the subject of the EZ; analysis of the current system of managing commodity flows in the ZED of the Makhnichev PE company. On the basis of the performed research, the parameters of import deliveries carried out by the company PE "Makhnichev" were optimized, and measures were also proposed to improve the system of managing commodity flows based on modern information technologies.
