Виробництво вторинних сплавів олова з відходів електротехнічної промисловості

Abstract

UA : У роботі проведено аналіз технологічних особливостей переробки брухту радіоелектронної апаратури та оцінка методів переробки рудних та техногенних відходів. У роботі показані способи зняття олова з відходів луджених металів та гідрометалургійні способи переробки відходів у лужних розчинах. Наведено аналіз методів рафінування олова від домішкових атомів, показано варіанти найбільш ефективних методів та обладнання для їх реалізації. Представлені найбільш ефективні установки та фільтри для поділу олова та домішкових атомів в умовах фільтрації та методів градієнта. За допомогою графічного методу, що становить методи поділу, показано умови поділу, швидкості поділу за часом та кількістю циклів.

EN : The paper analyzes the technological features of the processing of scrap radio-electronic equipment and evaluates the methods of processing ore and man-made waste. Methods of removing tin from tinned metal waste and hydrometallurgical methods of processing waste in alkaline solutions are shown in the work. An analysis of the methods of refining tin from impurity atoms is given, and options for the most effective methods and equipment for their implementation are shown. The most effective installations and filters for the separation of tin and impurity atoms under the conditions of filtration and gradient methods are presented. With the help of a graphic method, which constitutes the methods of separation, the conditions of separation, the rate of separation by time and the number of cycles are shown.
